Goa BE Counselling 2026 - DTE Goa will release the Goa BE 2026 counselling notification on the official website, dte.goa.gov.in. The authority is expected to commence the Goa BE counselling 2026 registration in May 2026. The process for the Goa BE application form submission will be held in offline mode. Candidates who seek Goa B.E admission must participate in the GCET counselling. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria for Goa B.E admission. DTE Goa conducts the GCET counselling for Goa B.E admission. The authority has scrapped the GCET exam. Candidates who have a valid JEE Main rank and meet the GCET eligibility can participate in the Goa B.E counselling. The GCET counselling form is available offline at DTE offices and through the admission prospectus. Candidates have to fill out and submit the application form for GCET counselling 2026 at DTE and other offline centres. The GCET seat allotment will be done based on the merit list.
Step 1 - Filling of Form: Firstly, the candidates have to collect the application form from the DTE office or take a print of the same from the prospectus. Information such as the candidate’s name, registration number, category under which the admission is sought, scores secured class XII, JEE Main rank, gender and more. Candidates will have to use their handwriting to fill out the form.
Step 2 - Submission of Form: After filling out the counselling form, candidates have to submit it at the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa and other notified venues in person. After the candidate submits the application form, the authorities will provide them with an acknowledgement card and proof of receipt of the counselling form. Candidates have to keep these safe for future reference.

Step 3 - Reporting: The merit list is prepared and released by the authorities. Selected candidates have to report to their allotted venue according to the date and time given by the authorities. While reporting to the venue, the candidates will have to present their acknowledgement card, and original documents along with the fees to be paid.
Step 4 - Allotment of Seats: After the documents are verified, the candidates are allotted seats. The authorities allot seats based on merit, preferences and availability of seats. The list of provisionally allotted candidates will be released in online mode. Through the released list, the candidates will be able to check their allotted institute, branch, category and secured marks.
Step 5 - Reporting at Allotted Institute: Finally, to confirm their admission, the candidates have to report to their allotted institute. While reporting, the candidates have to present their allotment letter along with other required documents.

The authority will release the Goa B.E counselling eligibility list in June, 2026 on the official website, dte.goa.in. Candidates whose names will be mentioned on the GCET eligibility list will be considered for Goa B.E 2026 counselling.
DTE Goa will release the GCET merit list in June, 2026 on the official website. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are considered for DTE Goa counselling. Students will have to attend the admission round in person along with their original documents. The authority will release a provisional and final merit list for Goa B.E admssion.
