GCET Counselling 2019 - The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa will conduct the spot round admission process of GCET 2019 on July 18 & 19, 2019. The authorities closed the registration process for GCET 2019 counselling. Candidates had to fill the Counselling Form A and submitted it in person at the centre till May 24, 2019. The authorities have released the provisional merit list for the counselling of GCET 2019 on June 12 while the final merit list was announced on June 14. The allotment process commenced from June 17. Candidates who were listed in the merit list of GCET had to appear in person for counselling on the scheduled date and time. The allotment of seats will be based on the merit rank of the candidate, order of seat preference, and availability of seats. Candidates had to get their documents verified while reporting for the GCET 2019 counselling. GCET 2019 Counselling Procedure
The step-by-step procedure of the GCET counselling 2019 is given below for the reference of the candidates.
Step 1- Filling up the counselling form- The first step is to fill the counselling form by filling the required details. The name of the candidate, registration number, category under which admission is sought, gender, marks obtained in GCET 2019 will have to be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
Step 2- Form Submission- The next step is to submit the completely filled form before the deadline. The form has to be submitted in person at the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa and other notified locations. Candidates are advised to ensure that they have filled all the details correctly before submission. An acknowledgement card, as proof of receipt of the counselling form, will be handed over to the candidates which have to be preserved safely for the future reference.
Step 3- In-person Reporting- Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will have to appear for the in-person counselling on the prescribed date and time at the designated venue. Candidates are required to carry acknowledgement card, documents in original and fees along with them while reporting for the in personal counselling of GCET.
Step 4- Seat Allotment- The candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of the merit rank of the candidate, order of seat preference, and availability of seats. The candidates will have to get their documents verified failing which they will not be considered for the seat allotment. After each round of seat allotment, the list of provisionally allotted candidates will be posted on the official website. Information like institution, branch, category and marks of such candidates will be displayed.
Step 5- Reporting at the allotted institute- After the allotment of seat, the candidates will have to report at the allotted institute with the allotment letter.

1.3 passport size photographs that should be taken 3months before filling the form.
2.copy of SSC passing certificate
3.copy of +12 passing certificate
4.DD for the application fee.
