GCET Merit List 2019: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Goa has released the final merit list of GCET 2019. The admission authority has released the GCET 2019 merit list on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and GCET entrance exam. At first, the provisional merit list was released and after checking all the information final merit list of GCET 2019 released now. Candidates can able to check the GCET 2019 merit list online and at the admission centre. The online merit list is available in PDF format which can be downloaded from the website as and when available. Candidates wishing to take admission in the undergraduate B.Tech degree will be offered admission on the basis of merit achieved by the candidates. Candidates could apply for the entrance examination through the application form of GCET 2019 which was available till March 30. The GCET 2019 exam was conducted on May 7 and 8 and the results have been released on May 11.

How to Check GCET Merit List 2019?

Firstly, the admission authority of the examination has released the final merit list of GCET 2019. Along with the merit list, candidate’s name, marks of Class 12th examination and GCET 2019 score will be mentioned.

  • Merit list will be available in an online mode
  • Candidates can check their ranks as per their category
  • Candidates must check their ranks and after checking they must verify their allotted marks and details in the provisional GCET 2019 merit list
  • If in case of any discrepancies in the released merit list, candidates are advised to report to the committee

GCET Merit List 2019 Tie-Breaking Method

While preparing the merit list of GCET 2019, there may be a situation where two candidates will be securing the same marks. To break the tie in such cases, the authorities of the examination uses the following method in the listed order:

  • Candidates with highest marks in Mathematics will be placed higher
  • If there is a tie in Mathematics score, in such case, candidates with highest marks in Chemistry will be placed higher
  • If there is a tie still persists, in such case, candidates with highest aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics will be preferred. Even after this, if the tie remains at this stage, then candidates with higher marks in Mathematics will be placed higher
  • If tie is still not broken, candidate with earlier date of birth will be placed higher in the order of merit

Bk school of business management can accept gcet score??

Hello Purvi !! Bk school of business management accepts admissions based on score obtained in CMAT/GCET.Eligibility criteria is a candidate must have a bachelors degree from a recognised university with minimum 50% and 45%for reserved candidates.candidates from gujarat can apply through gcet but candidates applying through cmat will be preferred.

1.3 passport size photographs that should be taken 3months before filling the form.

2.copy of SSC passing certificate

3.copy of +12 passing certificate

4.DD for the application fee.
