Qualifying Exam- Candidates must have passed HSC exam conducted by BSE Odisha or any other equivalent Class 10th exam with at least 35% marks in aggregate and 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination with English, Math & Science subjects.

Diploma in Mining & Drilling Engineering

Diploma courses under Part-Time Programme
Qualifying exam- Candidates must have passed HSC or equivalent Class X exam scoring at least 35% aggregate marks with English, Maths and Science as subjects. In addition, candidates must also score 30% marks in each subject individually. Candidates also need to have completed two-year ITI after 10th.

Modern Office Management (MOM)
Qualifying exam- Candidates must have passed 10+2 Examination from CHSE, Odisha or its equivalent examination in Science/ Arts/ Commerce recognized by CHSE securing 30% marks in each subject of the qualifying examination.
Age Limit- The lower age limit is 16 years as on July 1, 2020. There is no upper age limit.
Hotel Management & Catering Technology (HM&CT)
Qualifying exam- Candidates must have passed +2 Examination from CHSE, Odisha or its Equivalent examination with Science/ Arts/Commerce with at least 35% marks in aggregate and 30% marks in each subject of the qualifying examination.
Qualifying exam- Candidates must have passed +2 Science Examination from CHSE,Odisha or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics as approved by PCI with 30% marks in each subject of the qualifying examination.
Qualifying exam- Candidates must have passed HSC examination conducted by BSE,Odisha/ 10th standard examination declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha and obtained at least 35% marks in aggregate with 30% marks in each subject at the qualifying examination with English, Math & Science subjects.
Age Limit- The lower age limit is 14 years as on July 1, 2020. There is no upper age limit.
The candidates will fall under three categories-
1. S-Category- Candidates who belong to Odisha fall under this category.
2. Z-Category- Candidates who are from outside Odisha or does not belong Odisha fall under this category. 15% seats are reserved for such candidates.
3. L-Category- Odia candidates living in outlying Odia speaking areas fall under this category. 0.5% of the total seats are reserved for such candidates.

In addition to these details, candidates will also have to enter their domicile category, annual income, Nationality and choose whether applying for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW).
Step 2: Uploading of Documents- Once the application form is filled, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photographs and signatures as prescribed by the authorities.
Step 3: Payment of Application Fee- In the last step, candidates will have to pay the application fee of Odisha diploma 2020. The payment of fee can be done online through debit/credit card or internet banking. After payment of application fee, candidates must take a print out of the application form.
The authorities will prepare a merit list of Odisha Diploma admission 2020 for all the candidates on the basis of marks secured by them in the qualifying exam. Odisha Diploma 2020 merit list will include a general list and separate category-wise merit list. There will be a separate merit list on the basis of domicile and category of candidates. For Diploma in Non-Engineering (Except Beauty Culture)-
Candidates with higher percentage of marks in English will be given higher rank.
The authorities will conduct the counselling of Odisha Diploma admission 2020 tentatively in the first to second week of July. Odisha Diploma 2020 counselling will be a web-based process and will be conducted in two rounds. Candidates whose names will be included in the merit list of Odisha Diploma admission 2020 will be called for the counselling process. The process will include choice locking by the candidates where they will have to choose their choice of institutes and courses.
