i am in 12 clas passing year is 2022 and can not fill form of jee this year can fill next year whiot any problem

Yes ,You can attempt JEE Mains exam next year as you are allowed to attempt JEE Mains for 3 consecutive years starting from the year of passing class 12 (in your case 2022,2023,2024) and you are allowed to attempt JEE Advanced for 2 consecutive years (2022,2023) .
You should start your preparation as soon as possible and solve previous year questions after completing a topic and make sure you clear the exam in 2023 as failing might lead to one more year of drop .
