Hi
For Class 11th Mathematics , a strategic approach can greatly improve your preparation for JEE .
Before diving into JEE level questions , make sure you have a strong understanding of basic concepts . For example in Algebra , know how to solve quadratic equations , polynomials , etc. and for Trigonometry , practice identities and formulas .
Trick : Create a list of key formulas and concepts for each chapter and review them regularly .
Focus on NCERT First
Trick : NCERT books are the foundation . Focus on clearing concepts from these before moving to advanced books . Solve every example and exercise , even the ones that seem easy .
Make a Study Plan
Divide your syllabus into daily or weekly tasks . Prioritise topics based on difficulty and weightage .
Set specific time blocks for different topics like 1 hour for Trigonometry , 1 hour for Calculus etc .
Hope this helps you .

Hello Puja
Yes , you can change your category in the April JEE Main session . The category you select during the January session does not lock you into it for the entire year . During the correction window for the April attempt , you will have the opportunity to update your category if you have your certificate by then .
Since you are in the General category for the January attempt , you will need to make sure that you change it to your correct category ( VJNT or OBC ) during the correction period .
This is completely valid as long as you provide the required category certificate during the April session .
Hope it helps you .
