Below, we have given the Highlights of the JEE Mains 2026 examination. The candidate has to check the information provided to know important details of JEE Mains exam like exam date, admit card release date, result date, counselling, etc.

JEE Mains 2026 Application Form Date & Correction Date

The NTA will commence the session 1 JEE Mains 2026 registration tentatively in the last week of October 2025. Eligible candidates must fill out the application forms on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in before the last date. The authority will announce a particular date to allow candidates to make corrections in the application form.

JEE Mains 2026 Admit Card Release Date

The authority will release the Session 1 JEE Mains 2026 admit card tentatively in January 2026. Candidates can download it from the official website by entering their credentials such as application number and password. The session 2 admit card is expected to be released in the Last week of March 2026.

JEE Mains 2026 Exam Date

NTA will release the tentative JEE Mains exam date for both session 1 and session 2 along with the official notification. The final exam date for JEE Mains 2026 January and April session will be released along with the city intimation slip.

JEE Mains 2026 Answer Key

The authority will publish the answer key PDF copies just after 2 - 3 days of the examination. The final JEE Mains answer key will be issued along with the result on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

I have a doubt I should crack JEE mains and Jai advance so ja main 300 marks right so I want I am a St girl and also I am Hyderabad how much minimum marks will get means I will get mens and advance I want a clarity

Hello,

For JEE Main and JEE Advanced , the cut-offs are lower for ST category students. Here is a simple idea based on recent trends:

  • JEE Main qualification for ST : Around 50–60 marks is usually enough to qualify for JEE Advanced.

  • JEE Advanced qualification for ST : You just need to clear the JEE Main cut-off, then appear for Advanced.

  • To get good NITs or IITs , you will need higher marks.

    • For NITs (Hyderabad or good branches), try for 120+ marks in JEE Main .

    • For IITs , even with ST quota, you should aim for at least 80–100+ marks in JEE Advanced for decent branches.

Since you are from ST category and Hyderabad , you don’t need 300 marks in JEE Main. Try to score as high as possible to get better branches, but even moderate marks can qualify you.

11th 2025 cbse se complete karke 12th nios se 2026 me ho jaygi , aur fir 2027 ka jee paper de sakta hu ? Please clear.

Yes, you can. If you do 11th from CBSE in 2025 and 12th from NIOS in 2026, then you are allowed to attempt JEE. NIOS is a valid board, so you can give JEE in 2026 and again in 2027. Just take admission on time and pass your 12th exams.
