NTA JEE Mains 2026- The National Testing Agency (NTA) will now use Aadhaar details like name, date of birth, gender, photograph, and address to fill the JEE Main 2026 registration form, as per the recent NTA JEE Mains advisory. NTA will only allot exam centres to candidates in their state of permanent residence. The steps taken for a smooth registration process will lessen errors. However, candidates must enter their parents’ names manually. In case of a name mismatch between Aadhaar and Class 10 certificates, students can easily resolve it during the online JEE Mains 2026 application process.

Hello

The JEE syllabus mainly covers Physics, Chemistry, and Math from NCERT Class 11 and 12.
You should follow NCERT first because it builds the strongest foundation for all three subjects.
For a deeper understanding, use books like H.C. Verma (Physics), Cengage (Maths), and O.P. Tandon / M.S. Chouhan (Chemistry).
For practice, solve JEE Main PYQs to understand the exam pattern.

Hello,

You should select Jharkhand for the JEE Mains application form because you will be reappearing in the exam as a private candidate in Jharkhand. The state you will be appearing in and your passing year are what you should fill in your JEE Mains application form, but not your 12th class state.

Hope it helps!!!

It's a very good choice to aim for IIT, for getting admission in IIT you must take pure mathematics as it teach you more concept than applied which help to get more score in JEE Mains and Advanced.
