It is well observed that the B Tech fees in private colleges is usually higher as compared to the B Tech fees in government colleges. It shall also vary for a variety of courses in the same institute. Because B.Tech course fees includes whatever it takes during the course, the practical expense are a dependant factor for the same.
Talking about the responsible authorities, there are various bodies that regulate the fluctuation in B.Tech course fees as mentioned below for institutes of national importance.
IIT Council is the authority for the Indian Institutes of Technology
Council of National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research (NITSER) is the authority for NITs.
IIIT Council is the decision-making authority for the Indian Institutes of Information Technology
These bodies are regulating authorities for the courses conducted at the respective institutes and the various related aspects.

Hi,
For admission to the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), your JEE Main Paper 1 score is crucial as it is one of the primary criteria for B.Tech admissions. However, if you have a strong score in Paper 2 (B.Arch), it won't directly impact your B.Tech admission. COEP primarily considers JEE Main Paper 1 scores for B.Tech admission
That said, having a good score in Paper 2 can still be beneficial if you decide to apply for B.Arch programs at other institutions or if you're considering a career in architecture.
Hello aspirant,
Students can focus more on key chapters that are tested if they are aware of the JEE Main 2025 chapter-by-chapter weighting. It helps them to focus on the most important topics before the exams to score good marks.

And if you want a career path in medical field but not doctor you can always explore Biotechnology, Medical administration, Medical Writing and Journalism, Research or Teaching.
All the very best!
Hi Chaitali,
First, take a deep breath and think what you really want to pursue in future. If you don't want to pursue MBBS, then there's no point of attempting NEET.
Attempting any Entrance exam gives you an opportunity to start your Career in that particular field. Hence, if you go for JEE or even NEET, you'll have to put in effort and then will have to do Engineering.
Being average in Mathematics is not something to worry about, just practice more and you'll become a pro in it. First, decide which Career option you want to go for, then attempt any of these Entrance Exams.
NEET and JEE are equally tough from different perspectives. Hence, attempting any of these will require consistency, hard work and practice. So be sure before attempting them.
All the best for your Future!
Hello,
To achieve a **99.9 percentile** in JEE Mains as an SC candidate, the required marks vary slightly each year due to factors like the exam's difficulty and total candidates. However, generally, SC candidates need to score around **170-200 marks** out of 300 to reach this percentile. This estimation is based on previous trends. It's crucial to aim higher as competition and normalization factors can impact the percentile.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you
