which goverment engineering college i get for cse through jee mains if my pcm aggregate is 55 percent and how is the placement of that college and average package for cse

Rehan Alam Student Expert 23rd Oct, 2019

Dear Aspirant,

No good college will give you admission in their CSE branch as the minimum requirement of all the good colleges is at least 60% in their +2. Moreover, all the good colleges needs a minimum of 75% in the +2 for their engineering courses including IITs and NITs.

If you are going to take admission in any normal below average private college then you might not get a package above 2 lakh per annum. CSE is a top trade only if done from some top college, otherwise you'll struggle for job.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

how can i score 150+ marks in jee mains april if i start from today.and please strategy which chapter is important and not.

Anupam Kumar Student Expert 23rd Oct, 2019
Hey there

Getting 150+ is a little tough you start preparing from now honestly. See if you have atleast prepared good for boards and know basic PCM then you can get 150+ which requires hard work. First you need to memorize the whole NCERT of chemistry thoroughly. If you had done coachings then revise the notes properly and solve as many questions as you can from chemistry make it your strong subject because it's scoring and can give you 60+ easily if you'll be honest with the subject. Then maths is also scoring for that solve rd Sharma, coaching notes and materials and advance previous year questions. Same for physics. In physics 12th portion is important as it will come in boards also. Rotation is important. But Careers360 has launched a wonderful platform which you can use to get 150+ in April exam if you follow the platform whole heartedly.

hey can i crack jee mains in 5 months(april 2020) if i start from today.

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 22nd Oct, 2019
Dear Raza, yes you can. Make a time table, stick to it. Work one one sample paper a week atleast. Check if you are able to answer all questions within the given time. Now JEE Mains pattern has changed. the changed JEE Mains 2020 pattern will have 75 questions in all. 20 MCQs from Physics, 20 MCQs from Chemistry and 20 MCQs from Mathematics. and 5 Numerical Questions in Each section are also asked. Each sections is for 100 marks and the paper in total is for 300 marks. Each correct answer gets you 4 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark. This negative marking is applicable only for MCQs and not Numerical Questions. You can check the weightage for each subject at our page:

NSUT Delhi cut off of JEE MAINS for B.tech(IT) ? ( GENERAL CATEGORY)

Aman Raj Student Expert 22nd Oct, 2019

Hello Subrata

It depends from where you are. If you are residing in Delhi then you can get COE with a rank of *2700-3000 but if you are from Outside Delhi region then you have to get a rank Under 1500 to get a seat.

But you can get Biotechnology with 38k rank (Delhi region).

*These are last year figures.
