    VIT colleges in India- Vellore Institute of Technology is one of the top engineering colleges in India. There are six campuses under the VIT Group of Institutions in India.     Some IITs are considered better due to them being institutions of National importance. IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur etc., rank higher than VIT in the NIRF spectrum. However, VIT is the best private engineering college in India. It ranks 16th in the NIRF ranking for the engineering domain.

    A:

    All VIT campuses are good. VIT Vellore is the original campus and therefore the oldest of all. It is said to be the top among other branches of VIT.

    Hi Monish,
    SNUCEE mainly tests aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic Class 11–12 maths. Prepare using aptitude books (RS Aggarwal), NCERT Maths, and practice mock questions similar to the VITEEE level. The exam is easier than JEE Main, so VITEEE preparation is usually enough to crack it.

    Yes, you can apply for VITEEE 2027 even if you passed your main board in 2025 and are appearing for NIOS in November 2026.
    VIT accepts NIOS as a valid board for eligibility. Your NIOS result will be treated as the qualifying Class 12 exam.
