TMISAT 2018 - Tolani Maritime Institute has release the admit card of TMISAT 2018 for Induri centre; the link to downloaded the admit card is link given below. TMISAT 2018 entarnce exam will be conducted for Induri centre on 7, 8, and 9 Junes. The schedules for the other centres will be updated once it is released. The registrations for TMISAT 2018 began on January 6, 2018. Candidates who apply to Tolani Maritime Institute, which is the conducting institute for TMISAT 2018, have to take an online test and interview. Candidates who applied between April 26- May 31, 2018, will be shortlisted on the basis of their PCM marks and IMUCET rank will have to appear for the online test which will be held at TMI campus in June 2018. TMISAT 2018 is a one hour long examination which assesses the candidates on their solving skills, reasoning skills, general knowledge, personality traits and more. A merit list of TMISAT 2018 will be prepared based on the secured scores of the candidates in the exam. The shortlisted candidates will have to report for the counselling session. TMISAT Admit Card 2018


The registered candidates can download the admit card of TMISAT 2018. TMISAT 2018 admit card is an important document that all candidates have to possess to attempt the entrance examination. Those candidates who fail to produce the admit card at the exam centre will not be allowed to enter the venue. The TMISAT 2018 admit card will consist of information like name, roll number, exam timings and venue. All candidates have to download the admit card after logging into their account.


Steps to Download TMISAT 2018 Admit Card

  • The candidates will have to log in using their dossier id and date of birth. 

  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen.

  • After checking for any discrepancy, the candidates will have to download the TMISAT admit card 2018 and print it out.

TMISAT Application Form 2018


The online application form of TMISAT 2018 was available for all aspirants from January 6, 2018. All candidates who wish to participate in the entrance examination for admissions into Tolani Maritime Institute had to fill and submit the TMISAT 2018 application form by May 31, 2018. Candidates who applied between April 26-31, 2018, they will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks secured in PCM and IMU CET rank and will have to appear in the online test which will be conducted at the TMI CAMPUS. The given steps will have to be followed by the candidates to submit the application form:

Step 1 – Registration: The candidates will firstly have to register themselves by submitting their name, email id, gender and mobile number. A new password also has to be generated by the candidates.


Step 2 – Filling the TMISAT Application Form: After logging in using the registered id and password, the candidates will have to fill the rest of the required information. Personal, academic and contact information has to be submitted by the candidates. All information provided should be as per the certificates of the candidates. The candidates will also have to enter their preferred choice of test centre.


Step 3 – Upload Scanned Images: Next, the candidates will have to upload their recent colour passport size photograph. The image has to be as per the specifications mentioned by the admission authorities.


Step 4 - Payment of Application Fees: The application fees will have to be paid by the candidates.  Payment can be done in online mode (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking) or in offline mode through a demand draft in favour of “Tolani Maritime Institute” payable at Pune.

Step 5 - Submit Application Form and Documents to Institute: The candidates will be able to submit the application form of TMISAT 2018 after rechecking all of the submitted information. The printout of the submitted application form has to be taken and sent to the following address:

List of Documents to be submitted with TMISAT 2018 Application Form

  • Print out of TMISAT application form 2018

  • Print out of summary generated after submission of TMISAT application

  • TMISAT 2018 Fee Receipt or Demand Draft. The application form number and contact details must be mentioned on the reverse of the demand draft.

  • 2 recent passport size photographs of candidates with name and application form number written at the backside.

  • Attested 10th and 12th standard mark sheets and certificates

  • Bonafide certificate in case of candidates who have not received their 12th standard mark sheet. The certificate has to be attested by the head of the institute last studied.

  •  Attested Birth Certificate

  • If the 12th standard mark sheet are downloaded from the internet, then it must be attested by the Principal of the school attended.

  • Certificates for sports and any other extra-curricular activities (from 8th standard and above) (if applicable)

TMISAT Eligibility Criteria 2018


All candidates will be required to meet the set eligibility criteria of TMISAT 2018 to participate in the examination. The application form of ineligible candidates will be automatically disqualified by the conducting authorities. Therefore, all candidates are advised to read the TMISAT 2018 eligibility criteria in detail before filling out the application form.

  • Age Criteria – The candidates should be born on or after September 1, 1997. A 2 year age relaxation is provided to the female candidates. The female candidates should be born on or after September 1, 1995. The minimum age for admissions is 17 years.

  • Educational Qualification – All candidates should have successfully qualified their 12th standard (or equivalent) examination. Even those candidates who have attempted the 12th standard examination in 2017 but the results have not been declared will be eligible.

  • Marks Required – Minimum aggregate of 60% must have been secured by the candidates in their 12th standard (or equivalent) examination. Candidates should have scored at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and at least 50% marks in English either in class X or class XII

  • Education from Other Board of Examination – The candidates who have qualified in International Board will have to submit an “Equivalence Certificate” from the Association of Indian University along with relevant documents while submitting the filled in application form.

How to Prepare for TMISAT 2018

The entrance examination of TMISAT 2018 will be held tentatively in the first week of May 2018 at the 12 Centres in different parts of India and in the second week of June 2018 at TMI Induri, Pune. It is important for all candidates to know the exam pattern of TMISAT 2018 to know the basic layout of the upcoming examination. TMISAT 2018 examination aims to test the problem solving skills, language skills, reasoning skills, subject knowledge, general knowledge, aptitude and personality traits of the candidates.

TMISAT Syllabus 2018


The TMISAT 2018 syllabus provides the candidates a detailed information about which chapters and topics are likely to appear in the entrance examination. By knowing the TMISAT syllabus 2018, the candidates will be able to prepare well and study in an organized manner. The syllabus of TMISAT 2018 mainly consists of 12th standard syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Along with theses main three sections, the candidates are also requested to study English Grammar, Vocabulary and Logical and Analytical Reasoning.


TMISAT Result 2018


The candidates will be able to check their secured scores in the result of TMISAT 2018 which will be declared in June. To check the TMISAT 2018 result, the candidates will have to log into their registered accounts. The scores of the candidates will be displayed on the screen. The merit list will be prepared based on the scores of the candidates in the TMISAT 2018 result.


TMISAT Merit List 2018


The merit list of TMISAT 2018 will be announced by the admission authorities tentatively in the second week of June 2018. The shortlisted candidates for the counselling session will be present in the TMISAT 2018 merit list. The candidates will be able to check the merit list in online mode. The merit list will be prepared as per the secured scores of the candidates in the entrance examination.


TMISAT Counselling 2018


The selected candidates will have to report at the campus of Tolani Maritime Institute for the offline counselling of TMISAT 2018. The reporting should be done as per the timings allotted to the candidates through the merit list. A medical test will be conducted on the selected candidates by a DGS and TMI approved doctor. Allotment of seats will be done for those candidates who meet the cutoff marks, are medically fit and qualify the document verification too. The allotted candidates will have to pay the required fees to confirm their admission.




1. What is the difference between the online test conducted in April/May and in June? Can I appear in both examination?

Ans: There is no difference. The merit list will be common for both examinations. No, the candidates will not be allowed to attempt both exams.


2. Are CET/ JEE Main marks considered for admission?

Ans: No.


3. Can I get the medical test done from a local doctor?

Ans: The medical test has to be done by a DGS and TMI approved doctor.


4. Is correction in eyesight by laser surgery allowed?

Ans: Yes, if it corrects the vision to 6/6 without glasses.
