Take Short Breaks While Studying: Do not study continuously. Instead, take 5-10 minutes every hour to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Try to stretch, walk, or do something light and physical activity to relieve stress and enhance concentration.

Positive Visualization: Spend a few minutes picturing yourself at your desk with the exam in front of you and confidently solving the problems. This activity will promote self-confidence, lower nervousness, and prime your mind for success.

Develop a Realistic Study Plan: Divide the entire syllabus into daily or weekly schedule for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Devote more time to tough chapters or chapters with more weightage. Follow the plan and do not leave things for the last minute.
Emphasize Important Chapters: Take a look at important/weighted and common/recurring chapters in prior years’ question papers. Ensure to prepare these chapters first to maximize your score. For Low-weighted/less common chapters, you can come back to prepare later.
Bring Learning and Practice Together: It is best to understand concepts thoroughly and then immediately use it to solve problems.
