Yes, you can do M.Tech in Data Science after 3-year B.Sc. in Computer Science if you clear GATE exam as GATE now allows 3-year degree holders to apply. Make sure your B.Sc. degree is from a UGC-recognized institution.
Though many universities accept GATE scores for M.Tech admission, some institutes like IITs may prefer candidates with a 4-year degree (B.Tech/BE) or a master's degree (M.Sc./MCA) after B.Sc.
