The concerned authorities released the JCECE 2025 application form on April 26, 2025 on the official website. Candidates can access the JCECE application form 2025 in online mode only. Applicants had to enter valid details and check the details before submitting the form.
Steps to fill JCECE 2025 Application Form
Step 1 - JCECE registration and filling out the form - First, candidates have to complete the registration process by entering their personal, contact, and academic details. Upon successful registration, candidates will be able to access the application form by using the credentials. Fill out the complete form by using the valid details.
Step 2 - Uploading of the document - After submitting all the required details, candidates will have to next upload the scanned images of the recent passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and other required documents such as class 10th & 12th mark sheets, etc.
Step 3 - JCECE application fee payment - Finally, candidates will be required to pay the application fee in online mode. The application fee will vary depending on the category of the candidates. Service charges will be levied on using either of these payment options.

The authority will release the provisional JCECE merit list 2025 on the official website. Candidates can also challenge it within a specified period. The merit list is based on JEE Main 2025. Candidates who are a part of the merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling of JCECE 2025.
JCECE Counselling 2025
The authorities conducts the JCECE 2025 counselling based on which the seat allotment is done. At the time of counselling, candidates have to select the course and institute they would like to get admission to. Based on the choices filled by them and the availability of seats, the allotment of seats is done. Candidates have to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 500/- for the General/BC-I/BC-II category and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/Female candidates by either RTGS or by Credit/Debit Card along with the partial admission fee which is intimated later through the advertisement before the counselling.

If you have only a state SEBC certificate and not a central OBC-NCL certificate, then you can’t claim OBC-NCL reservation in JEE. In that case, you should select the “General” category (or General-EWS, if you have a valid EWS certificate). To avail OBC-NCL benefits in JEE, you must get a central OBC-NCL certificate issued by the Government of India.
A minor spelling difference like “Girisharadhya” and “Girisharadya” usually won’t cause major issues during JEE Main 2026 registration, but it’s better to correct it in either Aadhaar or marksheet to avoid problems during document verification or counselling. Keep an affidavit or gazette proof ready in case officials ask for clarification.
After clearing JEE Main, your college information comes through JoSAA or CSAB counselling portals. You’ll need to register online, fill in your college and branch choices, and based on your rank, category, and seat availability; the allotment result will be displayed. You won’t get a personal message all updates are shown on the official JoSAA website.
To get a Central Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate for JEE Mains, you must apply to the Tehsildar or Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) in Nizamabad through the Telangana MeeSeva Portal. A Central EWS certificate, not a state one, is required for JEE Mains. You are ineligible for EWS if you already hold a Backward Class (BCE) certificate, as EWS is for general category candidates who are not covered under other reservations.
