JEE Mains 2025 April Attempt Registration Last Date - The National Testing Agency has concluded the JEE Main 2025 registration process on February 25, 2025. The authority updated the JEE Main 2025 session 2 application form link on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Interested applicants were able to fill out the form as soon as possible to get their preferred JEE exam centre. The National Testing Agency released the JEE Main April session registration dates in the information brochure. However, there has been a change in the JEE Main 2025 registration date for session 2. Candidates can check the following table to know the updated JEE Main April registration dates.

Step 1: Registration - To fill out the application form of JEE Main April session 2025, candidates have to first register by entering the required details. Candidates can register in two ways:
Fresh Registration - To complete the JEE Main registration 2025 process, candidates have to enter the following details:
Candidate’s name
Date of birth
Gender
Security Pin
State of Eligibility
Identification Type (Aadhaar, Student ID, Passport, Ration Card, Bank Account)
Identification ID
After entering all the required fields, candidates have to next create a password by selecting a security question and its answer. While creating a password, candidates should keep the following details in mind:
Password should have 8 to 13 characters
Password should have at least one upper case alphabet, one lower case alphabet, and one numeric value.
It should have at least one special character - !@#$%^&*_.
Note down the password for future reference.
Through JEE Main 2025 Credentials - Candidates who fill out the application form using JEE Main 2025 credentials have to log in using the application number and password.
Step 2: Filling the application form - Candidates who do fresh registration have to fill out the JEE Main application form 2025 using the correct details. On the other hand, candidates who have already registered for session 1 need not register again for session 2. They will be required to select the choice of exam city straightaway. Candidates have to enter the following details:
Exam Details - Candidates have to enter the exam they will be appearing for and also the preferred language of the exam.
Personal Details - This section includes candidates’ names, parent’s names, categories, PwD categories etc.
Qualifying Examination Details- Candidates have to enter their class 12th marks and details.
Guardian’s Details - This section includes details related to the guardian’s occupation, qualification, and annual income.
Exam Centres - This section has to be filled by all the candidates. In this section, candidates have to choose their preferred exam centres.
Step 3: Uploading relevant details - In the next step, candidates have to upload the relevant documents in the format prescribed by the authorities. Candidates should make sure that the uploaded documents are clear.
Step 4: Payment of JEE Main application fee- Candidates are also required to pay the JEE Main 2025 application form. Candidates will be able to make payments only through online mode.
After the JEE Main April attempt registration last date, the authority will conduct the JEE Main form correction. The JEE Main 2025 form correction will be held for a limited period. Candidates will be able to make corrections to the JEE Main application form submitted. Only a few details will be open for edits. Moreover, candidates have to pay a fee for the JEE Main form correction session 2.

If your syllabus is completed with theory , use the next 30 days only for smart revision . Make short notes and revise formulas daily for Physics , Chemistry and Maths . Solve previous year JEE Main questions topic-wise and then full mock tests every 3-4 days. Analyse mistakes properly and revise weak areas again . Avoid new topics and focus on accuracy , speed and confidence building during revision.

Session 1 and Session 2 are treated as separate applications. There is no issue if the qualifying status is different in both sessions. During counselling, the board marks that meet the 75 rule will be considered.

If you filled the JEE Main January form with Class 12 passed in 2025 and are planning to appear again for the Class 12 exam through HOS, there is usually no serious issue. You were eligible to apply since you had already passed Class 12. Reappearing through HOS for improvement or requalification is allowed, provided HOS is a recognized board. During counselling, your latest valid Class 12 result will be considered. Make sure you meet the 75% marks or top 20 percentile requirement where applicable. If a correction window opens, update details if needed.
