For the admission to NITs through JEE Main 2025, there is no minimum percentage criteria, the admission will be on the basis of the All India Rank.

No, you shouldn't fill your JEE Mains form with your UP caste certificate. Since the Delhi caste certificate is for your permanent address, you must use the UP caste certificate. You will need to provide the Delhi caste certificate for the counselling process at the end of the year, as it will be required for document verification.
