This year, IISc Bangalore has also introduced 3 new Btech courses. Previously, the institute offered only B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing. Candidates must qualify the Class XII (or equivalent) exam with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD), as mentioned in the JoSAA 2026 Business Rules for admission to IITs.

Based on the JEE Advanced rank, the authorities will assign a seat.
