Thumb Impression on JEE Admit Card 2025 - NTA will release the instructions for thumb impression on JEE 2025 admit card three days before the exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2025 from January 22 to 30. JEE Main 2025 paper 1 for BE, BTech is scheduled for January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29 whereas JEE Main 2025 paper 2 will take place on January 30.

A blank space will be provided in the admit card for JEE Main 2025.

Get the JEE hall ticket 2025.
Candidates need an ink pad (the blue colour is preferred). If an ink pad is not available, then any gel or ball pen can be used.
Clean the thumb to remove the dirt, oil etc.
When using the ink pad, press the left thumb firmly on the ink pad for proper ink transfer.
Otherwise, candidates can use a good ball pen or gel pen. Rub the pen on the thumb, covering the area for proper impression.
Press the thumb on the blank space provided on the admit card.
Candidates should make sure that the print does not spread out of the designated space in the document.
Let the ink dry completely to avoid smudging.
Note that the thumb impression on JEE admit card 2025 has to be clearly visible.
