JoSAA 2026 Opening and Closing Rank: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the JoSAA 2026 opening and closing ranks on its official website, josaa.nic.in, after each round of seat allocation. The cut-off ranks for IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs will be released separately for every counselling round, allowing candidates to assess their admission prospects for various institutes and programmes. Candidates who qualify in JEE Main 2026 and JEE Advanced 2026 will be eligible to participate in the JoSAA 2026 counselling process, subject to the admission requirements of the respective institutions. The JoSAA 2026 mock round 1 seat allotment has been released on June 8, 2026.
The opening and closing ranks will be available category-wise and institute-wise for all rounds of counselling. The JoSAA 2026 cutoff is determined based on several factors, including the difficulty level of the entrance examination, the number of qualified candidates, seat availability, reservation policies, and previous years' admission trends. Candidates can use these cutoffs to understand the rank range required for admission to their preferred course and institute.
