How to fill UPSEE application form 2018
The candidate has to complete the following steps to fill the UPSEE 2018 application form:

To register for the entrance exam, the candidate has to go to the “New Candidate Registration” page and click on the “Apply” tab. The candidate will be redirected to a page that will have instructions and procedures for filling the UPSEE 2018 application form. Go through each point carefully and once you are sure, click on “Click here to proceed” tab to continue.
The candidate will have to enter the following details to start the registration process:
Name of mother and father
Date of Birth
If the candidate chooses Assam, Meghalaya, or Jammu & Kashmir as parent domicile, the candidate will be able to use Passport number, Voter ID card, Student ID, Ration Card, Bank Account, or any other valid govt. Id, including Aadhaar Card, to register for the exam.
However, for candidates belonging to other states and union territories, Aadhaar details are mandatory for registration. Also, the correct Aadhaar details should be entered, as there would be a verification process and the candidate would not be able to move any further with incorrect details. In case of candidates belonging to the three states mentioned above, no such verification would be done.
Upon successful Aadhaar verification, candidates have to fill the following sections:
Contact Details: The candidate has to enter communication address, locality, district, email id, and mobile number, etc.
Choose Password: In this section, the candidate has to select a password for the account and confirm the password. The candidate will also have to pick a security question and set an answer.
Security Pin: Enter the security pin displayed on the screen.
The candidate has to sign the declaration form and then click on “Final Submit” to complete the registration process. There is also an option to edit the registration form using “Edit Registration Form” button before submitting it. Upon successful registration Application Number will be generated; note it down.
2. Filling of UPSEE Application Form
The application form of UPSEE 2018 will have a number of sections like Personal Details, Education Details, and Security Pin that has to be entered.
Details entered by the candidate during registration will be carried forward and will be shown in read-only mode. However, there will be some additional fields like Qualifying examination passed/appeared from college situated in, category, subcategory, and nationality that have to be entered by the candidate.
The candidate also has to select:
The level applied for admission – UG
Select the Qualifying exam passed – Intermediate or Diploma
Entrance City – a maximum of three options are allowed
Educational Details: In this section, the candidate has to enter qualifying exam details:
Status of qualifying exam – passed or appearing
Percentage of marks obtained
Roll No/Enrollment No
Name, address and pin-code of the Institute
Select the subjects studied in 10+2 from the drop-down menu
Course Applied for: The candidates have to select the year of admission (First year) and then the course from available options:

Enter Security Pin and then Submit form: Enter the security pin displayed on the screen and submit the form
3. Upload scanned copies of photograph and signature
The documents to be uploaded should be in the prescribed format, or else application forms might not be accepted.

4. Pay Examination Fee and take a printout of "Confirmation Page"
In the final step, the candidate has to pay the examination fee to complete the application process. The fee can be paid in online mode using net banking, any debit or credit card. To pay the fee, the candidate can choose any of the two payment gateways:

After successful payment of the examination fee, the candidate needs to take the printout of the confirmation page. The confirmation page would include details entered by the candidate at the time of registration and while filling the application form, including personal, educational, contact details, and uploaded images. Additionally, the page will also include fee payment details like:
- Mode of Payment
- Exam fee
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Date of fee submission
The candidate needs to take the printout of the confirmation page, as it may be required for future reference.

UPSEE 2018 Admit Card: Candidates, who successfully submit the application form, will be issued UPSEE admit cards on April 20. To download the UPSEE 2018 admit card, candidates need to log-in to their accounts using the UPSEE application number, DOB and password. Before downloading, it must be checked that detailed mentioned on it are correct and legible. The admit card will include details like the name, roll number, exam venue and date and time of the exam.
The UPSEE 2018 entrance exam will be conducted on April 29 in pen-and-paper based mode. The question paper will include 150 multiple choice questions (MCQs), 50 each from physics, chemistry and mathematics.
