AEEE 2019: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has released AEEE 2019 application form on October 19, 2018. The application of AEEE 2019 will be available both in online and offline mode. To fill AEEE application form 2019 in offline mode, candidates will have to obtain the form through the university counters namely from Amritapuri, Bangalore & Coimbatore campus. From 2019, admissions will also be offered to various B.Tech programmes based on the JEE Main 2019 score. Candidates who will be applying through JEE Main scores will also have to fill the application form of AEEE 2019. However, such candidates will be exempted from appearing for AEEE 2019. The entrance exam, AEEE 2019 will be conducted in online mode from April 22 to 26 in 3 slots per day. While the offline AEEE 2019 will be conducted on April 27 scheduled only in Tamil Nadu. AEEE is held every year for admission of the candidates in the B.Tech programmes. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will conduct AEEE 2019 for the admission into 3 out of 5 of its campuses- Amritapuri Campus, Bengaluru Campus and Coimbatore Campus. Candidates who have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in PCM in their Class 12th can apply for the entrance exam. AEEE result 2019 will be announced on May 5. AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates who are willing to take admission in any of the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Deemed to be) University will be required to meet the eligibility criteria of AEEE 2019 as set by the admission authority of the institute. The criteria to be met are as follows:

  • Candidates should be born on or after 1st July 1998.

  • Candidates should have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination

  • Candidates should have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or not less than 55% marks in each of these subjects

  • Candidates who are appearing in Class 12th exams in March/April 2019 are also eligible to apply keeping in mind that they score minimum marks

  • Valid JEE Main 2019 scores will also be accepted.

Steps to Fill Online AEEE 2019 Application Form

1. Registration- Candidates are required to fill in their Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email ID and mobile number to register. 

2. Enter Academic, Personal, Family & Contact details– Candidates will have to fill required personal, educational and communication details.

3. Select Examination & Exam Centres- Candidates will have to choose the mode of admission (JEE Main or AEEE). Also, select three exam cities to appear in AEEE 2019.

4. Upload Photo & Signature: Candidates are required to upload the scanned recent passport size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with file upto 200kb) signature in the specified dimensions.

5. Preview: Candidates will have to check all the details provided by them.

6. Application Fee Payment: Candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000 (for AEEE candidates and Rs. 300 (for JEE Main). Candidates can pay the fee in online mode only. The fee payment can be made through Credit/Debit/Net Banking/cash card & Wallet.

How to Fill Offline AEEE 2019 Application Form

In order to fill offline application form of AEEE 2019, candidates will have to obtain the form in person through the university counters namely -Amritapuri, Bangalore & Coimbatore campus. The application form can be obtained only after producing a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- in favour of Amrita School of Engineering, Payable at Coimbatore. What needs to be noted is that candidates applying through offline mode will have to send AEEE 2019 application form at the earliest. Such candidates will receive an SMS with the link to fill the rest of the details to complete the application process. Candidates need to ensure that they fill all the requisite data on or before the last date of application submission.

AEEE 2019 Application Fee

The application fee for AEEE 2019 is Rs. 1000. While candidates applying through JEE Main will have to pay Rs 300. If a candidates wish to apply through mode the modes, they will have to pay Rs. 1000. The application fee can be paid through Credit card/Debit card/Internet Banking.

AEEE Exam Centres 2019

The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (deemed to be university) will conduct the entrance exam in both online and offline mode. AEEE 2019 will be conducted at more than 90 centres across India. Candidates can choose the exam centres as per their preference. Exam centres of AEEE 2019 are given below:

Candidates need to check the exam pattern of AEEE 2019 before starting with the preparation for the exam. AEEE 2019 Syllabus

Candidates appearing for the entrance test of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (deemed to be University) are required to be thorough with the syllabus of AEEE 2019 before they appear for the online/offline exam. Aspiring candidates can refer to the below-mentioned syllabus to know the topics and chapters from where the questions will be framed for the AEEE 2019 examination. AEEE Slot Booking 2019

Candidates who have successfully registered themselves for AEEE 2019 are then required to book their slots for the AEEE 2019 examination centre, date and time as per their preference and convenience. The allotment will be on the first come first serve basis. If a candidate is unable to choose the slot, a slot based on the availability will be assigned to the candidate. 

How to book slot for AEEE 2019?

In order to book a slot, registered candidates must follow the link provided in the University website and follow the instructions as listed below:

  1. Candidates can login to the portal by providing their application number and date of birth.

  2. After successfully logging into the portal, candidates are required to select their test slots and date as per their convenience. After selection, click on “Continue” button. If at any point error arises, candidates are advised not to hit the back button. Instead, close the window and log in again.

  3. The slot availibilty might change while selecting the exam centre, date and time as many other candidates will be filling the application form. Thus, candidates are advised to click on “Change Test Date” button and again make their selection.

  4. The slot once booked will not be changed under any circumstances. Request to change the test centres will also be not entertained by the authorities. Therefore, the candidates are advised to make their selection wisely.

  5. Download the hall ticket once the slot is booked. This hall ticket will have the address of the Examination centre for the candidate.

Slot Booking for Offline Mode (P&P)

The candidates who have selected the offline mode (P&P) of examination will be given a single slot. Candidates will be required to choose two test centres and will be alloted with the first preference. The candidates will have to give their preferences while booking the slot online. After successful allotment of the test centres, candidates will be able to download the hall ticket. 

AEEE Hall Ticket 2019

Candidates will be issued the hall ticket of AEEE 2019 after successfully completing the process of slot booking. The hall ticket will only be available to the eligible candidates who have successfully completed their application form.

  • Hall ticket can be downloaded by login into the registered account by using Email ID/Application number along with date of birth

  • Candidates will not be receiving the hall ticket by post. Instead, they will be required to download and get it printed

  • Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination without a valid hall ticket.

  • Hall ticket for AEEE 2019 will contain details such as Name, Registration number of the candidate, Date of the exam, Address of the exam centre, etc.

  • Important Instructions that are to be followed will also be provided on the hall ticket.

  • Hall ticket should not be damaged or lost and should be kept safe until the counselling process is complete.

How to download AEEE 2019 Hall Ticket?

Candidates must download the hall ticket after login into the website portal and entering the details such as email id and date of birth. The downloaded hall ticket then should be printed and presented before the invigilator at the time of exam.

AEEE Answer Key 2019

The answer key of AEEE 2019, if released by the admission authorities, will be updated in this article. Till now the University has never released the answer key for either mode of examination. Generally, the answer key helps the candidates to get the estimated score in a particular examination before the result are announced. If any of the coaching centres will be releasing the answer keys for the AEEE 2019, candidates will be able to download from here. 

AEEE Cutoff 2019

The cutoff of AEEE 2019 will be prepared by the concerned admission authorities. The cutoff is the minimum marks that a candidate requires to score in order to be eligible for the admissions into the participating institutes. AEEE 2019 cutoff will differ with the institutes and courses. While preparing the cutoff, the following factors are kept in mind:

  • Total number of seats available

  • Number of candidates appearing for the exam

  • Difficulty level of the examination

  • Previous cutoff trends

AEEE Result 2019

The result of AEEE 2019 will be published in an online mode on May 5. Candidates who have appeared in the examination will be able to check their scores as well as ranks. Candidates can check the scores and ranks as will be announced in AEEE 2019 result by logging in using their Email ID and date of birth. AEEE 2019 result will also display the All India Rank (AIR). 

How to check AEEE 2019 Result?

Candidates who have appeared in the exam can check their result of AEEE 2019 by following the steps given below:

  1. Candidates are required login into the website portal

  2. Enter the registration number/email id and date of birth to login.

  3. Click on submit

  4. Candidates will be able to view the result

  5. Download the result and get it printed

AEEE 2019 Programmes Offered

AEEE Counselling 2019

Succefully qualified candidates of AEEE 2019 exam will be able to called for the counselling which will be starting from May 10 with trial allotment. The mode of counselling for AEEE 2019 would be offline where the candidates will have to mark their presence at the respective allotted venue. Counselling schedule with dates, sessions and rank numbers of the candidates for counselling will be published on the university website by the first week of May, 2019. Candidates will be required to submit a demand draft of Rs. 10,000 which will be non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Counselling call letter

  • Hall ticket of AEEE 2019

  • Class 10th Marksheet/Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth

  • Class 12th Marksheet

  • Migration Certificate from School

  • Community Certificate (if applicable)

  • Counselling fee in the form of Demand draft for Rs. 10,000 in favor of “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore, which would be non-refundable

  • Tution fee in the form of Demand draft for Rs. 50,000 in favor of “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore. This would be the advance payment before the seat is allotted

AEEE 2019 Counselling Fees

At the time of counselling registration, counselling and course fees will be required to be paid by the candidates. The fee payment has to be done in an offline mode i.e., through two separate Demand Drafts drawn in favour of “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore. The institution will not accept any other mode of payment of fees.
