According to student reaction and memory-based questions, the May 9 shift 2 is the toughest till now among all the TS EAMCET 2026 shifts conducted so far. In Physics, questions were mainly asked from Thermodynamics, System of Particles & Rotational Motion, and Current Electricity. Numerical problems were moderate to difficult and required detailed calculations. Chemistry had a balanced mix of theoretical and conceptual questions from p-Block Elements, Atomic Structure & Chemical Bonding, and Hydrocarbons. Mathematics was the most challenging section of the paper.
