Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2019 - The Admission Committee for Professional Courses, ACPC has released the Gujarat PGCET 2019 Cutoff for the third round. The Gujarat PGCET Cutoff is formulated on the basis of total number of candidates appeared and passed in PGCET/GATE, available seats and last year cutoff trend. Three rounds of centralised counselling has been conducted by ACPC for allotting seats to candidates in all the participating institutes. The admission are offered in the order of merit, firstly for GATE qualified candidates then for Gujarat PGCET 2019 qualified candidates and reserved category candidates. Priority is given to the candidates of Gujarat nativity and seats which remain vacant thereto will be filled from other state candidates. Gujarat PGCET 2019 Cutoff
Gujarat PGCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria: Students who are applying for admission in M.Tech course through PGCET/GATE must meet the below-mentioned criteria apart from clearing the Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2019
Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidate)
Candidate must have passed/qualified GATE in relevant discipline with a valid score.
For sponsored candidate, minimum two years of relevant work experience for the discipline applying for admission.
Reservation of Seats: The ACPC has reserved certain number of seats for Gujarat origin candidates and belonging to reserved categories. Student can find below the details of reservation criteria for each category

Admission Procedure : Candidates who cleared the Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2019 and applied for admissions can find below the complete step by step process of admission after announcement of Gujarat PGCET 2019 Cutoff
The admission committee prepared a merit list of all the candidates who had submitted application form and paid the requisite fees.
Merit list was published in the official website of ACPC and students whose name appears in merit list are able to take part in counselling
Candidate had to fill their choices of colleges, in order of preference and lock them within the specified date and time.
Seats are allotted in the order of merit as per category, rank and choices filled by candidates.
Students has to pay the seat confirmation fees after the seat allotment for confirming their seats.
Student must report to allotted institute within specified date and time failing which admission will get cancelled
Documents Required for Admission : Candidates who clear the Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2019 and is allotted a seat in seat allotment round have to bring the below mentioned documents at the time of admission in college
Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates
Qualifying degree statement of marks and degree/provisional certificate
GATE/PGCET 2019 score card

Hello Harshida, If you are looking for taking admission in M.E/M.Tech/M.Arch programs, then yes you need to have a valid GATE score in order to be considered for eligibility. You won't be able to apply for PGCAT if you don't have a GATE score. Other courses like MCA and MBA don't require GATE exam.
