MHT CET Seat Allotment 2025 - The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, has published the MHT CET 2025 CAP 4 seat allotment result on September 1, 2025. The round 4 MHT CET 2025 seat allotment link has been activated on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. To download the seat allotment, candidates will need their user ID and password. The MHT CET 2025 counselling is being conducted based on the candidate's merit and the options they submitted. The MHT CET seat allotment result 2025 has been announced for each of the four rounds separately. The MHT CET and JEE Mains qualified candidates are considered for seat allotment.

The exam authorities has released the MHT CET 2025 provisional seat allotment status of CAP round 4 on September 1, 2025. The MHT CET CAP result link has been updated on the CET Cell official website, fe2025.mahacet.org 2025. Higher marks increase the chances of admission. The MHT CET 2025 seat allotment is done based on the final merit list of MHT CET 2025, choices filled and seat availability. After the MHT CET seat allotment, students can follow the detailed step-by-step process below.
Students must log in and download the MHT CET 2025 provisional seat allotment letter in the form of a PDF. Details of the allotted institution/college are specified in the allotment letter. They should take a printout of the letter, which will be used in the admission process.
After the seat allotment process, students have to report to the reporting centres to confirm their seat allotment, where they have to select options for further rounds of MHT CET seat allotment. Candidates will have the option to freeze, slide, or float their allotted seats.
Freeze: Students who are satisfied with the allotted seats and do not want to participate in other rounds of MHT CET 2025 counselling will have to select the “Freeze” option.
Slide: Students who want to accept the allotted seat but are also open to upgrading to the higher preferred course in the same institute should choose the option “Slide”. However, it must be noted that if the candidate is allotted a higher preferred course, the previously allotted seat will be cancelled.
Float: Students who have been allotted a seat in previous seat allotment rounds and now wish to upgrade to any course at any college/institute will have to select the option “Float”. If they are upgraded to another course or institute, the previously allotted seat will be cancelled.
Document Verification at the allotted institute - Candidates will have to report to the allotted institute as per the schedule and get their documents verified. They will have to pay the remaining fee there.

There are four rounds of MHT CET 2025 counselling, followed by a spot round/ institutional round if there are vacancies. Candidates have to register and fill in their choices of colleges in the order of their preference. After MHT CET 2025 counselling registration, the candidates need to get their documents verified. There is no counselling fee for the candidates who have qualified for the MHT CET 2025.

As per the MHT CET syllabus 2024 with weightage PCM and PCB prescribed by the Maharashtra CET Cell, 20 percent weightage is given to the Class 11 topics and the remaining 80 percent to the Class 12 topics of the Maharashtra board.

Hope you are preparing well for the exam ! In the mht cet exam there are physics , chemistry, mathematics and biology . Class 12th and class 11th topics will be asked in the examination and 20% weightage is given to the Class 11th syllabus and 80% weightage to the Class 12th syllabus. This is most important thing to know for a aspirant . Know your syllabus and prepare accordingly for the exam .
The eligibility criteria for the exam is ;-
Candidates should have passed a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
