The Department of B.Tech First Year and Applied Sciences at KIET Group of Institutions, Delhi-NCR Ghaziabad, organised a motivational session on entrepreneurship during the Student Induction Programme (2024-25) for BTech first year students on September 13, 2024. The session was chaired by Mr Sushil Kumar Aggarwal, who is the Chairman of AVRO INDIA LIMITED and Professor of Practice at KIET Group of Institutions.

The session was graced by the presence of Dr. Preeti Bajaj, Director General, Dr. Manoj Goel Joint Director, and Dr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwary, Dean B.Tech 1st year. The session was very informative wherein Mr. Sushil Kumar Aggarwal explained the VUCA (Volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) nature of the modern global environment and emphasised more on emotional and professional growth mantra which would be significant in the career graph of student’s life. Further, he touched upon the organ donation concept which serves to save human lives. So all together, the session blended with the overall growth of students emotionally, professionally and academically. Students were highly motivated by his words of wisdom and gained the skill and knowledge on how to be a good entrepreneur.
