JoSAA Medical Certificate Format 2025- Authority has shared format for JoSAA medical certificate on their official site josaa.nic.in. All the candidates qualified for JoSAA Counselling 2025, are asked to submit their medical certificate (to be issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner), which must include their full body medical condition. All the candidates need to submit their medical certificate for registering in JoSAA counselling 2025 and for the physical reporting(after counselling) to the allotted institute with other documents. Failing in the same may lead to disqualification from the counselling and admission process through JoSAA 2025.

According to the JoSAA medical certificate format 2025, medical practitioners will ensure and declare whether the candidate is fit enough to take admission into Engineering/ Pharmaceutics/ Science Course in the certificate, followed with impressed registered stamp.

Under signed with a Medical practitioner/Doctor with date and stamp.
If something wrong is found in the medical certificate, then authority will raise an issue and specify what went wrong, on their portal.
Candidates need to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Time will be granted to correct the issue (but not expect much).
If a candidate failed to fix it on time, the allocated seat might get cancelled and even cause disqualification from the counselling process.
Chest measurement should not be less than 70 cm, with satisfactory limits of expansion and contraction.
Vision should be normal. In case of defective vision, it should be corrected to 6/9 in both eyes or 6/6 in the better eye. Colour blind and uni-ocular (having vision in only one eye) persons are restricted from admission to certain courses.
Hearing should be normal. Defective hearing should be corrected.
Heart and lungs should not have any abnormality and there should be no history of mental illness and epileptic fits.
