Citizenship - Other than above criteria, candidates must be a native of Bihar. The following category of candidates are eligible for BCECE LE 2025

• The parents of the candidate are native of Bihar.

• The parents of the candidate are residents of some other place but work in Bihar.

• Candidate’s parents are refugees who settled in Bihar.

• Applicant’s parents are the employee of Bihar State Govt. or PSU of Govt. of India

• Candidates whose parents are the employees of pre-partition Bihar Govt. and their department has not yet been divided and are still working as its employees in the region of Bihar/Jharkhand.

• The parents of candidates are the employees of Central Govt and are located in Bihar.

BCECE LE Application Form 2026

The authority will release the BCECE LE 2026 application form online. The application form link will be activated on the official website. The application process included steps like registration, filling out the application form, uploading documents, payment of the application fee, etc. Candidates can refer to the given steps to fill out the BCECE LE application form 2026.

Steps to fill BCECE LE 2026 Application Form

Step 1- Registration: In the first step, candidates will have to register on the official website by entering basic details like name, mobile number, etc. Once the candidates enter the details, an account activation link will be sent to their registered email ID. Candidates will have to activate the link by clicking on it. It should be noted that the email ID of the candidate will serve as his/her username.

Step 2- Personal Information: Once the candidates activate their account, they will have to sign in to the account and enter their details like their father’s name, mother’s name, gender, etc.

Step 3- Uploading of Documents: After entering the personal details, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of the photograph (with the name and date on which the photo was taken, mentioned below) and signature as per the specifications prescribed by the authorities.

Step 4- Educational Information: After this, candidates have to enter their educational details like qualifying exam, percentage marks, year of passing, etc.

Step 5- Preview of Application: Once the candidates have entered all the details, a preview of the application form will be generated. Candidates will have to check all the entered details and proceed if all the details are correct.

Step 6- Payment of Fee: After the form is filled out, candidates will have to pay the application fee of BCECE LE 2025. The fee can be paid either through offline or online mode. For offline mode, candidates will have to download the challan and submit the fee by visiting the bank. For online mode, candidates can pay the fee through credit/debit card or internet banking. The application fee for all the candidates is Rs 2200.

Step 7- Downloading Application Form: Finally, candidates will have to download the completed application form and take a printout of the same.
