BCECE LE 2019 - Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) has released the notification regarding the lateral entry test (LE) on April 27. The application form of BCECE LE 2019 was available from April 29. Interested candidates were advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the online application form. The eligible candidates had to submit the online application form for on or before the May 20. BCECE LE 2019 will be held on for lateral entry admission to second-year degree courses includes Engineering, Para Medical and Pharmacy. The BCECE lateral entry test will be conducted on June 29. Based on the score of candidates secured in the BCECE LE 2019, the merit list will be prepared and released through the website after the declaration of result. The merit list consists of names of the shortlisted candidates for counselling and seat allotment process in the decreasing order of their merit. BCECE LE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should fulfil the eligibility criteria details as specified by the BCECE. The eligibility details of lateral entry test are available separately below for seeking admission to courses like Engineering, Pharmacy and Paramedical.


Citizenship:

  • The parents of the candidate must be native of Bihar.

  • The parents of the candidate are residents of some other place but work in Bihar.

  • Candidate’s parents are refugees who settled in Bihar.

  • Applicant’s parents are the employee of Bihar State Govt. or PSU of Govt. of India

  • Candidates whose parents are the employee of pre-partition Bihar Govt. and their department has not yet been divided and are still working as its employee in the region of Bihar/Jharkhand.

  • The parents of candidates are the employee of Central Govt and are located at Bihar


Eligibility Criteria of BCECE LE 2019 for Engineering

  • A pass in a diploma from the necessary stream with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) Or

  • He/She should have passed B.Sc course with a minimum of 45% marks and also passed 12th class with Mathematics as one of the subjects.


Eligibility Criteria of BCECE LE 2019 for Pharmacy

  • He/She must have passed a 2-year diploma in Pharmacy.

  • Candidates who are pursuing in the second year of diploma in Pharmacy are eligible to apply for BCECE LE 2019.

  • He/She should have passed 2-years of diploma in Medical course.

BCECE LE Application Form 2019

The online application form of BCECE LE 2019 was available through the online mode from April 29. So the candidates were advised to apply for BCECE LE 2019 within the specified date. The detailed steps to be followed during filling the BCECE LE application form is given below.


How to fill BCECE LE Application Form 2019


Stage-1: Online registration

  • Candidates had to provide the basic details like mobile number, email ID etc to complete the initial online registration process.

  • After the successful submission of the registration form, login credentials were sent to the registered email and mobile number.

Stage-2: Fill personal details

  • Login to the website by using the credentials to fill the personal information,

  • Click on the ‘Submit’ button after entering the personal details.

Stage-3: Upload photo and signature- Candidates had to upload the scanned image of photograph and signature in the desired format and proceed to the next step

Stage-4: Filling educational details- Enter the necessary education qualification details in this step without any mistakes.

Stage-5: Preview the filled online application form- Click on the ‘Preview’ button to check the entered details are correct and process to pay the application fee.

Stage-6: Application fee payment- Candidates could pay the application fee of Rs.2200 through online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (bank challan).


Stage-7: Take a hardcopy of the submitted application form- Finally, submit the application form and take the printout of the same for future reference.

BCECE LE 2019 Admit Card

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE) will release the admit card for lateral entry test on June 17. Candidates can download the admit card from the website by using their unique login credentials. The BCECE LE admit card 2019 will not be available through any other modes. The admit card is the mandatory document to appear for the lateral entry test. It contains important details such as the name of the candidate, test venue, date & time of test etc. Without a valid admit card, candidates are not allowed to enter the exam centre. The candidates also bring any one of the valid original photo id proof and its photocopy to the exam centre for authentication purpose.


How to download the BCECE LE Admit Card 2019

  • Open the official website by using the link available here which will be updated later.

  • Then, enter the login credentials on the web page without any error.

  • After submitting the details, the admit card will be displayed on the screen.

  • Candidates must take the printout of the same for test purpose.


BCECE LE Result 2019

The board will announce the result of lateral entry test on the 1st week of July tentatively. The BCECE LE result will be published in the form of merit list which will be available through the website only. The merit list consists of important details which include roll number of the qualified candidates in the category wise. The candidates need to score a minimum of 35 marks in English section to qualify but the marks will not be considered for preparation of merit list. The marks secured in the other two sections will be taken into account for the merit list preparation.

BCECE LE Counselling 2019

The qualified candidates will be allotted rank based on the marks secured in the BCECE LE 2019. The notification about the counselling will be intimated through the website and newspapers. The BCECE LE counselling 2019 will be held in both online and offline mode from July in Patna city. Candidates should report at the counselling in person directly at the scheduled venue with all necessary documents. Candidates need to pay the necessary fee to confirm their seats.
