Tie Breaking Rule for AP EAMCET Result 2026

In case two or more candidates secure the same marks in the AP EAPCET exam, the authorities will use the following tie-breaking rule:

• Candidates whose scores are high in the Mathematics section will be given priority

• In case a tie still exists, the candidate with higher marks in Physics will be placed high on merit

• In case of a persistent tie after the above two steps, candidates with a high percentage of marks in the qualifying exam will be given priority

• Candidates of higher age will be given priority in case of a tie after all the above rules
