JAC Delhi Application Form 2019 - The authorities of Joint Admission Counselling will release the application form of JAC 2019 in online mode in the third week of June tentatively. To be able to get admission to the participating institutes of JAC Delhi - Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT Delhi), Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) and Delhi Technological University (DTU), candidates will have to fill JAC Delhi 2019 application form. Since there is no separate entrance exam and JAC Delhi is an admission process through JEE Main exam, the application form of JAC Delhi 2019 will double up for counselling registration too. How to fill JAC Delhi 2019 Application Form?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to fill the application form of JAC Delhi 2019:
Step 1 - Payment of registration-cum-counselling-fee
Step 2 - Online registration
Step 3 - Login to candidate’s account
Step 4 - Filling of choices
Step 5 - Choice locking and printing of locked choices
Step 6 - Allotment of seats
Step 7 - Admission fee payment
All these steps have been mentioned in detail below.
Step 1 - Payment of registration-cum-counselling-fee: Candidates will be required to pay the registration-cum-counselling-fee which will be non-refundable in nature. Without fee payment, candidates will not be able to move ahead in the admission procedure.
To pay the fees, candidates will have to follow the steps given below:

Enter the following details as required:
Pay the counselling fee of Rs 1500 along with transaction charges as applicable. No other mode of payment will be accepted
Upon successful payment, visit the website link again to fill the online registration form
After payment, if the candidate fails to fill the registration form, then he or she will not be considered for seat allotment in any round and there will be no refund of registration fee in such a case
Step 2 - Online registration: Candidates will have to click on “New Registration” and fill the following details after registration fee payment.
The roll number of JEE Main 2019, in this case, will serve as the username for candidates. To login in future, candidates will have to create a strong password and answer a security question.
Candidates will have to take a print out of the filled registration form signed by parent/ guardian and themselves. This registration form has to be submitted by candidates at the time of admission.
Step 3 - Login to candidate’s account: Candidates will be required to login to their created account and fill the following details as visible:
Registration Details: These details are important for seat allotment and should be filled very carefully.
Edit Registration: If candidate commits any mistake while filling the above details then he or she can edit them through “Edit Registration” option but this will only be possible if he or she has not locked his or her choices.
Choices Available: According to the eligibility of the candidate, the information of the seat and branches available relating to University / Institution will be displayed.
Display of Filled choices: Candidates will be able to see the choices as filled by them. All the candidates are advised to fill maximum number of choices of both colleges and courses to increase their chances of early seat allotment. After allotment, their branch may be upgraded in the next round of counselling solely depending on the availability of seats.
Step 4 - Filling of choices: Candidates will have to fill their choice of colleges, courses and university in the order of their preference. According to their eligibility, the information related to the availability of seats pertaining to university, colleges and courses will be displayed on the screen. Candidates must fill maximum choices from the list of available choices. However, they must check the fee structure and programmes offered by the institutes before choice filling. The female candidates applying to IGDTUW for architecture programmes will have to choose B.Arch. as one of their choices.
Step 5 - Choice locking and printing of locked choices: The choices filled by candidates will be locked automatically after the last date of registration. Candidates are required to take a print out of their choices as filled after the choice filling ends.
Step 6 - Allotment of seats: The seats will be allotted to candidates as per their All India rank in paper 1 of JEE Main 2019, choices filled by them and availability of seats for admission to DTU, IGDTUW and NSIT. However, for admission to B.Arch. programmes to IGDTUW, the All India rank of JEE Main 2019 paper 2 will be considered. All those candidates who will eligible for both B.E./ B.Tech and B.Arch. programmes, the allotment of seats to them will be on the basis of their order of choice filling.
Candidates will be able to check their allotment status by logging in their account. If allotted, they will have to download their provisional allotment letter, take its print out and report to the institute concerned for document verification. It is to be noted that seat allotment will be provisional and will be subject to verification of original documents and payment of admission fee of the college where seat has been allotted.
If, candidate does not take admission in the provisionally allotted branch in any normal online round, then he/ she will not be considered for participation in any subsequent rounds of counselling except the Spot Round.
Upgradation: If the seat allotted to candidate is not his or her first choice, then he or she may be allotted a seat from other preferred choices of the as filled during registration. This allotment will depend upon their rank in common rank list and availability of seats. However, it is to be noted that only admitted candidates will be considered for upgradation before the commencement of each round of counselling.
Step 7 - Admission fee payment: Candidates with seats allotted will have to pay the initial admission fee amount of Rs 75,000 either by online mode or through SBI e-challan at any SBI branch. The fee payment can be done by logging in the account. The admission fee paid through Demand Draft / Cheques/ Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.
