The institute released the seat allotment for IISc Bangalore BTech admission 2025 at iisc.ac.in. Seat allotment was based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced exam 2025. IISc Bangalore offers admission to the undergraduate degree in various disciplines. The course duration is 4 years, and the fee varies for each specialization. To qualify for the B.Tech IISc Bangalore admission, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
The candidate should have appeared for class 12 (or equivalent) exam for the first time in either 2023, 2024, or 2025. Alongside, physics, chemistry, and mathematics subjects are compulsory.
The candidate must obtain at least 75% (for general) and 65% (for SC, ST, PwD) aggregate marks in the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination.
Must rank in the top 20% of students in each category who passed their Class 12 (or equivalent) board exam.
Must appear and score good marks in the JEE Advanced exam 2025.
