VEE Exam 2024 - Date, Registration, Eligibility, Syllabus, Pattern, Cutoff

VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies will release the VEE UG 2024 eligibility criteria on the official website velsuniv.ac.in. The eligibility criteria of VEE 2024 includes the requirements that candidates have to meet to be eligible to appear for the entrance exam. Here we have mentioned the eligibility criteria for your reference. 

Eligibility criteria for B.Tech/BE:

Candidates must have passed a minimum 3 years Diploma or (10+2) examination with physics/ mathematics/ chemistry/ computer science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology / Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture / Engineering Graphics / Business studies/ Entrepreneurship. (Any of three) or B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC or D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

Marks required: Candidates must have obtained at least 45% Marks (40% marks in the candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subject taken together.

The application form of VEE UG 2024 will be available online on the official website as well as in offline mode. Candidates are advised to fill the application form before the last date of submission to avoid any rush in the registration process.

The registration form filling includes steps like filling the application form, uploading the scanned images of your photo and signature; and payment of the application fee through credit/debit card/internet banking. But before applying for the exam candidates must check the eligibility criteria of VEE UG 2024.

• Open the official website

• Click on “Apply Now” button

• Fill in your name, phone number, email id and course you are applying for.

• Verify your email id and phone number and create password

• Now, fill your personal details, parent’s details, address, and academic details

• Upload the required documents.

• Now pay the fees.

• Take a printout for your reference. 

Documents Required for VEE UG 2024 application form:

1. Qualifying examination mark statements of all attempts 

2. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate 

3. Migration Certificate(if issued by the board) 

4. Conduct Certificate 

5. Community Certificate 

6. Provisional Admission Letter. (photocopy) 

7. Recent Pass port size colour photos 4 nos. 

8. Physical Fitness Certificate for Maritime Courses. 

9. 2 sets of photo copies of all original documents

Candidates must prepare for the exam according to the official VEE 2024 exam pattern to get an idea of the actual exam paper. VEE UG 2024 will have 3 sections namely: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The official exam pattern of VEE 2024 is as follows:

VEE UG admit card 2024 will be released by the institute on their official website. Only those students who will register successfully for the entrance examination will be able to download admit card of VEE UG 2024 in online mode within the given timelines. To download the VEE 2024, candidates need to enter their login details. The admit card will include details like the candidate's name, exam date, exam time, and test centre address. 

How To Download VEE Admit Card:

• Click on “Admit Card of VEE” link.

• Enter your Email ID and password.

• Enter the captcha code.

• Click on “Download Admit Card” button.

• Take the printout of the VEE UG 2024 admit card.

Note: Take 2 printouts of the admit card and save it for future reference.

VEE 2024 Exam Day Guidelines:

VEE UG 2024 exam day guidelines will be available on the admit cards of VEE 2024. The detailed exam guidelines will be issued on the official website of institute along with the admit card. 

Exam Day Guidelines:

• Candidates do not forget to bring their VEE UG 2024 admit card along with a valid government authorised ID proof as per the guidelines for exam day.

• Candidates must reach their centres at least 60 minutes prior to reporting time to avoid rush.

• Candidates are advised to carry two passport-sized photos(same as uploaded in VEE application form) if the photo on their admit card is not clear. 

• No candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic devices like Bluetooth, calculators, smartwatches, cellphones in the VEE 2024 exam hall.

The answer key of VEE UG 2024 will be released for the B.Tech/BE by the authorities on their official website. However, the provisional answer key of VEE will be released by VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies

• Click on the “Answer Key of VEE” link.

• VEE UG 2024 answer key PDF will open up.

• Take the printout of this answer key.

• Compare your answers and calculate your expected scores.

VEE UG result 2024 will be announced by VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies on its official website. The result of VEE contains the name of candidates, marks obtained and rank secured in the entrance test etc. Candidates can download VEE UG 2024 results by entering their registration number, admit card number and date of birth on the login window. 

How To Download Result:

• Open the official website of VEE 2024.

• Click on the “VEE UG Result” link.

• Enter your registration number, phone number, and date of birth.

• Click on “Download Result”.

• Take the printout of the result.

Once the result of VEE UG 2024 will be released, the counselling will be conducted for admission in undergraduate courses in offline mode. To appear in the offline counselling candidates need to fill their choices and pay the processing fee and visit the institute physically.
