WBJEE Application Form 2021 (Anytime Soon): Direct Link, Registration Dates, Fees and Process

WBJEE Application Form 2021 - WBJEEB will release the application form of WBJEE 2021 tentatively in last week of January 2021. WBJEE application form 2021 will be released in online mode on the WBJEE official website- wbjeeb.in. Candidates who wish to appear in WBJEE will have to fill the same before WBJEE form date 2021 ends. They will be required to register and provide the basic information while filling the WBJEE 2021 application form. How to fill WBJEE Application Form 2021?

Filling the WBJEE 2021 application form is a multi step process that has to be completed carefully. Candidates who are interested in appearing for the entrance exam will have to follow the steps below in order to fill the WBJEE 2021 application form:

1. WBJEE 2021 Registration

• Visit the WBJEE official website at wbjee.in

• Click on the link to ‘New Registration’

• Now enter the details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, type of identification and contact number.

• It may be noted that the details provided during WBJEE registration 2021 will not be subject to change easily, thus have to be carefully entered. These details should also match with the documents like marksheets, etc.

• After this, enter other contact details (address, district, state, PIN code, email ID, mobile number, etc.)

• The next step will require candidates to create a password and security question with the answer.

• Now preview the details provided during WBJEE 2021 registration and then click on ‘Submit’. After this, the candidate will receive an SMS on registered contact number as well as a mail on the registered email address containing the confirmation of registration and application number.

2. WBJEE Application Form

• Candidates who logged out after WBJEE registration 2021 will have to login using their application number and password.

• Now they will have to fill in various personal details like category, domicile, religion, nationality, etc in the WBJEE form 2021.

• Candidates will also have to opt three zones of cities to be allocated as WBJEE exam centre.

• Now click on ‘Submit’

3. Uploading Images

• Candidates will be required to upload scanned images of their recent photograph as well as signature in the WBJEE 2021 application form.

4. Payment of Application Fee

Once all the details are entered and uploaded by candidates, they will be required to pay the requisite WBJEE application fee according to their categories. The category wise amount of application fee is shown in the table below:

5. Confirmation Page

Once all the steps are completed, candidates will be required to download the confirmation page that appears at the end of WBJEE application process. One should make sure to keep it saved and may even take 2-3 print outs of the same for future reference. It may be noted that until the confirmation page is not generated, the WBJEE application is still not completed.

Correction in Image

Candidates have to be very careful and abide by the instructions provided for uploading the scanned images of photograph and signature. However, in case the image uploaded by the candidate is rejected by authorities due to any reasons, they will be intimated through SMS on their registered mobile number. Then, they will be required to login and upload the image again and it has to be ensured that they do not upload the same image in which the discrepancy occurred, or it will result in rejection of their WBJEE application form.

Correction in WBJEE 2021 Application Form

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) allows candidates to make corrections to certain details as provided by them in the WBJEE application form and contain some errors. The Board will open the WBJEE application correction window for a specified period of time which can be done in online mode. After this period gets over, candidates will not get a chance to make changes to the information provided by them in the WBJEE 2021 application form.

Forgot Password?

However one should be very careful with the login credentials, there are students who forget the password to be used for the purpose of login, they can recover it through the ‘Forgot password’ option which is provided in the login page. It has to be noted that this is the only way to recover WBJEE password and even the WBJEEB will be of no help other than this way. Candidates will have to use the security questions that were initially saved while filling the WBJEE application form. They can also get a verification code be sent to the candidate’s registered contact number or even reset the password through a link sent to the candidate's registered email address.

WBJEE Exam Centres 2021

Candidates will be required to select the city in which they wish to appear for the entrance examination on WBJEE 2021 date. It may be noted that the students from West Bengal, Assam and Tripura can choose any three of the cities wherein they will be allotted a WBJEE 2021 exam centre. However, those candidates from other states will have to select any of the three zones from Kolkata, Howrah, North 24 Parganas or South 24 Parganas and thus, they will be allotted the WBJEE exam centre accordingly in any one of the elected cities and will be reflected in the admit card issued to the respective candidates.

WBJEE Admit Card 2021

The WBJEEB authorities are expected to release the admit card of WBJEE 2021 in the last week of January. The same will be released in online mode on the official website and candidates will have to login into their accounts to download the same using their application number and password. It will be mandatory for all the candidates to carry this admit card along with recent passport sized photographs in the examination hall for the purpose of identification.
