It is good to know about the exam pattern before you sit for the exam. A few things worth knowing about the MHT CET exam: the 180-minute duration is split into two back-to-back sections, and you cannot move between them freely. Physics and Chemistry come first, followed by Mathematics. The system automatically closes Part 1 when 90 minutes are done. You get a fresh 90 minutes for math right after. MHT-CET is a computer based test conducted only at allotted exam centers, not from home or personal PCs, Students from outside Maharashtra can appear for the exam at selected centres during application. Non-Maharashtra candidates usually can't claim state quota seats through CAP and often use JEE Main scores instead.
