    The VITEEE application process is incomplete without the documents uploaded. Before beginning the application process candidates must make sure that they go through the information brochure once to check the documents required for registration. Make sure the documents are valid, clear, legible, and meet the prescribed specifications

    • Live-Photo Capturing & Signature Upload

    • Signature Upload

    • Aadhaar Card of the candidate.

    • Passport of the candidate.

    • Voter ID Card (EPIC) of the candidate.

    • Driving Licence / LLR of the candidate.

    • Ration Card / Family Card highlighting candidate name and address.

    • School ID Card with Photo and correspondence address of the candidate.

    • Address/Domicile/Residence Certificate along with candidate name issued by the competent State/UT Government authority.

    • Bank Passbook or Bank Statement issued by a scheduled bank, showing the candidate’s correspondence address.

    •  Post Office Passbook or Statement showing the candidate’s correspondence address.

    How to upload the Documents for VITEEE registration 2027? 

    Follow the instructions to complete the document upload process in the VITEEE registration 2027. 

    • First of all, candidates will have to visit the official website, viteee.vit.ac.in.

    • Now, registered candidates must log in to their account with the email address and password to access the application form.

    • Candidates must begin filling in all the sections of the  VITEEE application form, which include personal and educational information.

    • In the next step candidates must complete the live-photo capture and signature upload as instructed in the information brochure.

    • Now candidates can access the document upload section, where they must upload all the documents mentioned above. 

    • While uploading the document make sure that it is uploaded properly.

    • Finally, submit the VITEEE application form online and download the form. 

    How to Upload the signature for the VITEEE registration 2027?

    Follow the below steps to upload the signature for the VITEEE registration 2027 on the official website. 

    • Candidates must draw a 6 cm × 2 cm rectangle on plain white A4 paper and sign inside it with a black or dark blue pen.

    • Now scan or capture a photo of the signature with a mobile.

    • While uploading the signature candidates must fo;;wp the specification for upload. 

    • Uploaded in JPG/JPEG format.

    • Crop  the image as 3.5 cm × 1.5 cm (7:3 ratio) and the signature should fill most of the image.

    • The file size must be between 20 KB and 300 KB.

    • If the uploaded signature does not match with the candidate’s signature at the time of the examination, they might be disqualified.

    How to Capture the Live photo for the VITEEE registration 2027?

    For the VITEEE 2027 registration it is mandatory for candidates to capture their live photograph in real life with the help of a device camera. They must make sure to follow given specifications. 

    • Candidates must use a plain white or off-white background.

    • They must position their head completely within the green guide box, keeping it centered with both ears visible.

    • While capturing photos only use soft and even lighting.

    • Candidates must keep their eyes open and must have a neutral expression. And their faces and shoulders are visible.

    • Hold the camera steady and verify the preview before capturing the image.

    • After capturing, use the crop tool that appears to fine-tune framing, drag, zoom, or rotate as needed, then click "Crop & Save Photo".

    Your age is not a problem . For example, the VITEEE 2026 age criterion required candidates to be born on or after 1 July 2004, so your DOB (6 February 2007) is well within the acceptable range.
