Courses in NITs- The National Institute of Technology (NITs) is a group of premier engineering colleges in India that offer undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various engineering disciplines. Each course in NITs has specific eligibility criteria that candidates have to meet to get admission to the desired courses. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech): NITs offer B.Tech programs in various engineering disciplines, including Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication and more. The duration of the above-mentioned courses is 4 years. Candidates are required to pass the JEE Main test to pursue B.Tech from NITs. To be eligible for the course, candidates must secure a minimum of 75 % in the 12th class or equivalent, or they must come in the top 20 percentile in their class 12th exams.
Master of Technology (M.Tech): NITs provide M.Tech programs in various specializations. The duration of the above-mentioned courses is 2 years. To be eligible for M.Tech program from NITs, candidates must have completed B.Tech from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 60% in the compulsory subjects.

Master of Science (M.Sc): Some NITs offer M.Sc programs in disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The duration of the above-mentioned specialized M.Sc course is 2 years. Candidates who wish to seek admission in M.Sc from NITs need to secure a minimum aggregate of 60% in graduation. NIT accepts admission based on IIT JAM entrance test. The procedure of admission finishes after the completion of the CCMN counseling round.
Master of Business Administration (MBA): A few NITs also offer MBA programs, focusing on management education.. The duration of the above-mentioned sepcialized MBA courses is 2 years. Candidates who wish to pursue MBA from NITs need to have a minimum aggregate of 60% in the graduation. NIT accepts admission in MBA through CAT and CMAT.
Master of Computer Applications (MCA): NITs may offer MCA programs for students interested in computer applications and software development. Candidates who want to pursue MCA from NITs need to have a minimum aggregate of 60% in graduation in the compulsory subjects. NITs accepts admission in MCA through NIMCET entrance exam.
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.): NITs are known for their research activities, and they offer Ph.D. programs in various engineering and science disciplines. You don’t need to write all subjects again, you can choose specific subjects where you want to improve. Practical exam marks will be carried forward, so you don’t need to repeat them. The better of the two scores will be considered for your marks memo. After results, a revised marks sheet is issued if you score higher. This option is valid even if you take a drop year for JEE.

Since you got admission through JEE Main rank (All India quota) , your admission is considered under the open/general category , not the state reservation (NT-C) category.
So, you need to pay the Open/General category fees , not the NT-C fees.
