Admission into the MET 2026 participating institutes is based on the candidate's performance in the Manipal entrance test. Manipal University conducts the MET exam to offer admission into various undergraduate engineering programmes offered by the participating institutes. To appear for the Manipal entrance exam 2026 candidates have to complete the MET 2026 registration online. Registered candidates have to appear for the entrance test as per the schedule. The qualifying candidates need to participate in the MET counselling process for admission. Seat allotment will be done through counselling based on candidates' rank in the Manipal entrance test in all the participating institutes of MET.
