Gudipati Jawahar Sagar: I am a graduate with a strong interest in technology-driven problem-solving and management. I chose SRM AP because of its modern curriculum, focus on interdisciplinary learning, and emphasis on industry exposure. The university’s vision to combine academics with practical skills aligned well with my career goals.
Careers360: Tell us something about the SRM AP curriculum, Industry-relevant skills.
Yes, the curriculum went beyond theory. It helped me develop analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication and presentation abilities, and exposure to real-world business scenarios. However, more hands-on industry tools and live projects could further strengthen this aspect.
Careers360: How would you rate the faculty (1–5) at SRM AP?
4/ 5. Faculty were knowledgeable and approachable. Some professors were highly engaging and supportive, though consistency across all courses could be improved.
Careers360: Tell us something about campus life & meaningful experience at SRM AP
Campus life was vibrant and diverse. The most meaningful experience was collaborating with peers on projects and participating in events, which improved teamwork and leadership skills.
Careers360: How was peer learning & exposure impact on campus?
Learning with peers from different backgrounds broadened my perspective. Faculty mentoring and guest lectures by industry experts provided practical insights, helping bridge the gap between academic and industry expectations.
Careers360: Tell us something about SRM AP Case studies, projects, and internships.
These were highly impactful: Case studies improved decision-making skills, Projects enhanced practical understanding, Internships gave real industry exposure, and more structured internship support could make this even stronger.
Careers360: What was your experience with Alumni interaction at SRM AP?
Yes, I participated in a few alumni-related sessions. These interactions provided useful career guidance, but increasing the frequency and depth of alumni engagement would be beneficial.
Careers360: Mentoring & future support
I am open to mentoring students and contributing to SRM AP initiatives. Structured alumni-student mentorship programs would make this more effective.
Careers360: What you liked & improvements?
Liked: Modern infrastructure, Collaborative environment and Diverse peer group
Improvements: Stronger industry tie-ups, more practical exposure and Better placement alignment with student skills
Careers360: Advice for students
Focus on skills, not just grades. Build strong fundamentals + practical exposure, Network actively (peers, faculty, alumni), Start internships early and Stay adaptable, as industries change fast.

Since srm is good college and it has a nation wise reputation, hence I don't think you can get any concession on the exam.
