NITs Cutoff for B.Tech Information Technology - JoSAA will release the NIT 2025 cutoff for B.Tech Information Technology on the official website, josaa.nic.in. The cutoff of NIT for BTech Information Technology will be available as the opening and closing rank. The NIT cutoff for BTech Information Technology 2025 will be updated after each round of JoSAA counselling. Candidates with higher rank in the Joint Entrance Examination Main will be eligible for admission to the NITs offering B.Tech Information Technology course. With 65% in 12th and 90 percentile in JEE , your chances for admission at BIT Patna depend on the program:
For B.Tech : You need at least 75% in Class 12 (for general category). Since you have 65%, you might not meet the eligibility for general category, but you do for SC/ST/PwD.
For BBA/BCA : You meet the eligibility with your 65%.
For B.Tech, you’ll need to check if your category allows flexibility. Stay updated with the JoSAA/CSAB counselling dates.

Newer NITs and less competitive branches like Civil or Mechanical.
State-level counselling or private universities like VIT or Shiv Nadar.
