IISc BS Admission 2024 - Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore has released the BS admission 2024 cutoff for round 3 on July 8. The cutoff is based on the IAT exam. The selected candidates had to appear for IISc BS admission online counselling on July 12 through the Microsoft Teams platform. Candidates who applied for IISc BS admission through the IISER Aptitude Test mode have to update their application number and overall rank by June 30. IISc Bangalore cutoff for round 2 based on the JEE Advanced exam was released on July 21. Applicants who meet the cutoff rank had to appear for online counselling on June 28.

Candidates who applied for IISc BS 2024 admission through JEE Advanced mode had to provide their roll no. and CRL rank by June 17, 2024. Applicants who meet the cutoff of IISc BS round 1 had to appear for online counselling on June 4. IISc BS cutoff 2024 based on JEE Main exam was released on May 22. The authority concluded the IISc BS admission registration 2024 on May 14, 2024. Indian Institute of Science BS admission registration concluded on April 1, 2024.
Admission to IISc Bangalore BS is through different channels/modes which include JEE Main/ JEE Advanced and IAT. Candidates have to apply for admission by filling out the online application form from the website of the institute. Step 1- Registration: The first step in filling out the application form is registration. At this stage, candidates have to provide their basic details like name, email ID, mobile number and date of birth. After providing three basic details and submitting the details, candidates will receive details on their email and mobile regarding their registration number and password.
Step 2- Filling of Detailed Application Form: At this stage, candidates have to log in using the registration number/email ID and password received by them. After login, candidates have to fill out a detailed application form by providing details of education, address, and parents.
Candidates also need to enter choices of the exam through which they are applying (JEE Main/Advanced/KVPY) and the choices of course/specialisation while filling out the application form.
Step 3- Uploading Documents: Candidates also need to upload the scanned images of their passport-size colour photograph, signature and parents' signature. The scanned images have to be within the permissible size and dimension otherwise students will face difficulty in uploading them. Advised is to make the images as per dimension and size prescribed by the IISc.
Step 4- Payment of Fees: The last stage in filling out the application form for IISc BS admission 2024 will be the payment of the application fee. The payment has to be done online using a credit/debit card or internet banking.
