CSAB SFTI 2025: The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will announce the CSAB SFTI 2025 counselling schedule online. The CSAB SFTI 2025 counselling will offer admission to JEE Main qualified candidates in participating Self Financing Technical Institutes (SFTIs). The application form for CSAB SFTI 2025 will be available after the completion of JoSAA counselling 2025. Interested candidates can register for CSAB SFTI 2025 admission in online mode only. Candidates should note that admissions through CSAB SFTIS 2025 will be done on the basis of JEE Main exam 2025 scores through a centralized seat allotment process. During CSAB SFTI 2025 seat allotment process, admissions will be done based on merit, preferences and seat availability.

Candidates applying for CSAB SFTI 2025 should check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form as mentioned below. They must meet the CSAB SFTI 2025 eligibility criteria which include some parameters like marks needed, qualifying exams etc.
Qualifying Exam - He/She should qualify for JEE Main 2025 Paper I.
Qualifying Marks - The candidates should have passed the class 12 exam. Those who belong to the General category should secure a minimum of 45% aggregate marks, while 40% marks need to be obtained by SC/OBC-NCL/ST/PwD category.
Minimum Pass Marks in Various Subject - The candidates must have secured a minimum pass marks as per their respective boards of 12th class exam in each of the five subjects specified below which used to calculate the aggregate marks:
Physics
Mathematics
One of these subjects (Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology or any Technical Vocational Subject)
Anyone language
Anyone other subjects
He/She should have a valid rank in JEE Main 2025 Paper-II.
He/She should have studied Mathematics in 12th class.
Candidates should score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in five subjects including Mathematics.
They should have obtained minimum qualifying marks in each of the five subjects.
Eligible candidates will get admission into the participating institute of CSAB SFTI on the basis of their merit, seat availability and preference of course & college.

The counselling of CSAB SFTI 2025 will be held to offer admissions to JEE Main qualified candidates only. The CSAB SFTI 2025 seat allotment will be done based on the merit and candidate’s eligibility. In order to participate in the counselling and seat allotment, candidates will need to register within the specified date and time.
Candidates can follow the detailed steps below to participate in the CSAB SFTI counselling 2025:
Step 1: Fee Payment - Log into the CSAB portal using their valid JEE Main 2025 application number. After logging in, pay the fee of Rs.21000 through SBI Collect. Later, visit the State Bank of India portal and access their payment receipt through any of the two options below:
Option 1 - By using their reference number, mobile number & date of birth.
Option 2 - By using their mobile number, date of birth, start date & end date.
Step 2: Registration - Candidates will only be able to register three or four hours after making the required fee payment. Login using JEE Main 2025 application number and check all the details. The candidates will be able to change the following details includes the category, gender, aggregate percentage of the score, state of eligibility and PwD status.

Step 3: Choice Filling - As per the order of preference, fill in choices of colleges & course. This has to be completed because the order of choices can affect the seat allotment. Before locking the choices given, verify, edit or rearrange, if necessary. Once the choice is locked, no changes will be done.
Note: If candidates fail to lock the choices, then it will automatically be locked after the deadline.
Step 4: Seat Allotment - Seat will be allotted as per their merit, preferences, category and seat availability. Candidates will be able to access the seat allotment result in online mode only. The provisional allotment letter will have to be downloaded and report to the allotted college or institute.
Step 5: Reporting at Allotted Institute - Qualified candidates will have to report to the allotted college or institutes for the document verification process. Candidates will have to issue the provisional seat allotment letter and pay the balance fee at the allotted institutes.
Note: If the candidates fail to report at the allotted institute within the given time, his/her seat will be cancelled.

Those candidates who fail to report for admission at the allotted institute or do not want to take admission on the allotted seat, then they will not be refunded their initial fee of Rs. 21000.
Those candidates who fail to get allotted in the unique round of CSAB SFTI 2025 counselling will be given a refund of Rs.20000. Rs.1000 will be deducted as a non-refundable processing fee.
The initial fee will not be refunded if, at the time of reporting, the documents submitted by the candidates in support of their aggregate percentage of marks, PwD status, category and state of eligibility are found to be incorrect. Hence the admission is denied by the authorities.
The dates for CSAB SFTI 2025 has not been announced yet.
