Taking mock tests from time to time will get you accustomed to dealing with the stress of the actual test. Mimic real test timing by timing yourself for 3 hours without any disturbance. Critically review your performance after every test—mark the questions you answered incorrectly, realize why, and correct the concepts accordingly. Practicing previous year question papers will also assist you in realizing patterns in questions asked repeatedly and the difficulty level to anticipate.
Work on Speed and Accuracy
As there's no negative marking, you can go ahead and attempt all the questions, but carelessness is crucial in order to achieve a high score. Practice quick solutions of questions without sacrificing correctness. Master shortcuts, formulas, and rapid calculation methods for Mathematics and Physics numericals. For Chemistry, remembering key reactions, periodic trends, and concept overviews will be time-saving during the examination.
Revise Smartly and Maintain Health
As the exam nears, emphasize revision over learning new material. Employ short notes, flashcards, and formula sheets for easy recall. Revise weightage topics repeatedly so they remain fresh in your mind. In addition to studies, practice a good routine—sleep well, eat healthy meals, and drink plenty of fluids. A refreshed and calm mind will work much better than one exhausted due to excess preparation.
