We are sharing the WBJEE 2025 analysis with you as we got feedback from the students and experts.
1. Physics: Physics was on a tougher level. Most difficult paper was Physics out of all the subjects. The Physics question paper was lengthy and students needed proper time to solve it. Those who studied well could tackle the paper but they also felt it was a bit lengthy.
2. Chemistry: Chemistry question paper was moderate and students found it easier than the other subjects. It was easy to tackle as compared to other subjects. Students were able to solve Chemistry questions within time.
3. Mathematics: The Mathematics question paper was on a moderate side. But it was a bit lengthy and repeated questions was there. Those who studied through previous years question papers as we suggested, could solve more questions.

Here we are providing you with the previous year's analysis of WBJEE. It will be helpful to get an understanding of the paper trend and questions. Here you find it:
The WBJEE Physics section was a moderately demanding test. The examination contained questions from Mechanics and Modern Physics, along with Electrostatics content. The WBJEE 2025 Paper analysis provided extensive explanations and WBJEE 2025 analysis PDF download links to examine Physics question patterns according to each shift after the exam concludes.
The Chemistry portion in WBJEE 2025 was a comparatively easy examination as the syllabus was directly from NCERT books. The Chemical Bonding section, along with Thermodynamics and Organic Chemistry, has appeared multiple times in the past examinations.
The WBJEE 2025 Mathematics section required both effective time management and lots of calculation work. Calculus together with Coordinate Geometry and Probability, appeared multiple times in this sub-test section in the past.
1. Prioritize Significant Formulas & Concepts
Review significant formulas, definitions, and main concepts of each of the key subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Also, focus on the topics with the greatest amount of test questions, or the ones you feel less prepared for. Avoid going into topics you don't usually look at at this point.
2. Complete the Past Year Papers
Complete at least one or two mocks or full-length papers to get used to the pressure of an exam environment. This will help you not only be able to manage your pacing of the exam, but will also help you identify which sections require quick revision. At the same time, it should build up your confidence before the exam.
3. Make Short Notes & Flash Notes
This is a great time to create short notes or flash notes that you can review quickly for all formulas/reaction mechanisms and other significant points in each of the main subjects you will look at. The goal is to go through a few crumpled sheets of paper multiple times, many more than just reading a textbook.
4. Identify the High-Weightage Topics
Make sure to pinpoint the topics that typically have higher weights of test questions (e.g., Calculus = Math, Electrochemistry = Chemistry) and spend more time on more significant chapters. If you have time left over (and even if you don't) you could always do a very quick review of the less critical topics, or perhaps entirely skip them if running out of time.
5. Be Ready for Exam Day
Last, prepare your admit card, ID, stationery,) and water bottle prior to the day of the exam. It is important to also receive good sleep, and avoid cramming the night before the test. Being calm and well-rested has a positive effect on exam day performance.

Hello dear candidate,
You cannot get admission later through WBJEE counselling for that year if you missed the decentralized counselling as it is the official last chance to get admission through WBJEE.
Only chance left is by management quota but the fees are very high.
The Mop Round for WBJEE B.Tech counselling in 2025 would be held in late 2025, after the main counselling and allotment rounds have concluded. You can also refer to the official website of WBJEE for further information or detailed information.
Hello,
With a rank of 10536 in WBJEE 2025, you would have a chance in the government engineering colleges, but you have to choose less popular branches where the competition is less or not crowded. Still, your chances of admission depend on factors like specific colleges, cutoffs, the demand of this college, and the location of this college.
I hope it will clear your query!!
With a rank of 41200 at WBJEE, taking Techno Main Electrical is most appropriate option as it's a direct admission through counseling, while direct admission to CSE at Techno Main or IEM might not be possible or it can come with higher costs. Prioritize getting a confirmed seat through your rank through the standard WBJEE counseling process, as CSE admissions are highly competitive, expensive and typically requires a better rank. You can explore direct admission to CSE in a higher-ranked college if available, but if limited to these options, the confirmed seat in Electrical at Techno Main is a better choice than a unavailable or very expensive direct CSE admission.
With your WBJEE EWS category rank of 2866 and West Bengal domicile, you have a good chance of getting a seat in government engineering colleges like Kalyani Government Engineering College. The final allotment will depend on your preferred branch and seat availability during counseling, so make sure to participate in all rounds.
