UPSEE Application Form 2018 - AKTU has ended the correction facility of UPSEE 2018 application on April 5. UPSEE 2018 application form was released in online mode on January 23. To be registered for UPSEE 2018, candidates had to fill and submit UPSEE application form till March 30. UPSEE 2018 will be held on April 29. While filling the online application form of UPSEE 2018, candidates had to make sure that they fill all of the required valid information. The scanned images of the photograph, signature and thumb impression of the candidate also had to be uploaded in the UPSEE 2018 application form. What to Keep Ready Before Filling UPSEE 2018 Application Form
While filling the online application form of UPSEE 2018, the candidates had to fill the various required information including their valid mobile number and email ID. To make sure that the details filled were valid, all candidates were advised to keep the corresponding documents ready with them for reference. How to Fill UPSEE Application Form 2018?
The application form of UPSEE 2018 was available from January 23, 2018. All candidates who wish to pursue their B.Tech studies in the participating institutes of UPSEE 2018 had to register till March 30, 2018. The following steps could be followed to fill and submit the UPSEE 2018 application form.
Step 1 – Registration by filling up Personal and other required details
Step 2 – Uploading of Scanned Photograph, Signature and Thumb impression
Step 3 – Payment of Examination/ Application Fees and Printing of "Confirmation Page"
Candidates can read the above-mentioned steps in detail as given below:
Step 1 – Registration by filling up Personal and other required details:
Firstly, the candidates had to register for UPSEE 2018.
The candidates had to select “Apply” and read all of the instructions and procedure for the submission of the application form.
After reading all of the details, the candidates had to click on “Proceed” to fill the online application form of UPSEE 2018.
- Candidates had to fill the following details in the form.
- Personal Details: Candidates had to fill in their name, father's name, mother's name, DOB, gender, Aadhar Card Number, category (if applicable) and other required details here. The details had to be valid and properly filled.
- Selection of Courses and Examination City: Here, candidates had to provide the exam they are applying for, qualifying exam they had appeared in and exam centres in the order of their priority.
Educational Details: Candidates had to provide their qualification, pass status, name of the course, board and year of passing along with percentage of marks and other details required.
Communication Information: The address, locality, City, State, District with pin code and email address, mobile number and others had to be provided by the candidates here.
Password Creation : Candidates had to create a unique password with special characters here.
After entering all the details, candidates had to review their submitted details. In case of any mistakes, candidates were able to edit their application form before the final submission. Once the UPSEE 2018 application form is submitted successfully, an application number was sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates which they had to keep safely for future reference.
Step 2 – Uploading of Scanned Photograph and Signature:
After submission of all the details, candidates had to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature. It was mandatory for candidates to upload the required images as per the specifications set by the admission committee. Blurred images were rejected. It is important that candidates checked the review of their uploaded images and "Save" only if satisfied. Changes in images were not allowed once uploaded.
Step 3 – Payment of Examination/ Application Fees and Printing of "Confirmation Page":
Candidates had to pay the application fee of UPSEE 2018 online only through debit/ credit card/ net banking. All VISA/ Master Cards were accepted. In addition to the examination fee, candidates had to pay the extra bank charges. After successful payment, a transaction number was generated which candidates had to keep safely for future use. Once done, a link to download the "Confirmation Page" appeared. Candidates had to download this Confirmation Page and take two print outs of the same.

UPSEE Application Form Correction 2018
Partial correction facility was provided to candidates after the submission of the application form of UPSEE till April 5, 2018 (till 5 pm). Editing and corrections in the submitted application form could be done by the candidates through the correction facility of UPSEE 2018 application form. The candidates had to login using their application number and password to access the correction facility. The correction facility was available only once. However, candidates were not allowed to edit or correct all of the submitted information. The following details cannot be corrected.

How to recover Lost Password & Application Number
To recover the lost password, candidates will have to answer the security question and its answer chosen during UPSEE registration or enter the verification code sent to their registered mobile numbers. Candidates will also be able to recover their password through the resent link sent to their registered email IDs.
To recover application number, candidates will have to provide their name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth and security pin. It is important to make sure that candidates enter the same details as provided during registration.
