i scored 92.4458469 percentile in mains jan attempt 2020 what are my chances of qualifying for jee advance 2020 (general catergory)

Raj Aryan Sharma 25th Jan, 2020

Hi Tanmay.

With 92.4458469 percentile in January JEE Mains 2020, you can expect a CRL(Common Rank List) All India Ranking of around 65,000 to 66,000. This rank was calculated using the formula (100-99.4458469)*869010/100. You rank will increase if more people appear in JEE Mains April. But anyhow, you will surely qualify for JEE Advance 2020, so you don't need to worry about that.

All the best.

I have scored 91.3974449 percentile in B.ARCH IN JEE MAIN 2020..CAN I GET ADMISSION IN AN NIT & CAN I APPEAR IN JEE ADVANCED 2020??I AM A GENERAL CASTE STUDENT..

Harsh Pandey 24th Jan, 2020
Since you have scored 91.397 percentile then to know about which NIT College you are eligible to get...you may refer to the link below which will lead you to College predictor and you can get information about which College you might get..
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-architecture-college-predictor

But before you proceed you must know your rankings...so to calculate rank first of all you must get the percentage of people ahead of you which is-
(100- your score)
100-91.397 = 8.603.
The number of candidates appeared for January exam were 112679
And the formula to predict your rank is
(100 - your total score) 112679/100
8.603 1126.79= 9693
So your rank would be near about 9693 ..

And for eligiblity of JEE Advanced..one shall qualify JEE Mains then only they can appear for Advanced....so look up to your JEE Mains paper 1 score to get idea about it...
Thank you ..
