CUSAT CAT Eligibility Criteria 2020 - Cochin University of Science and Technology will prescribe the CUSAT CAT eligibility criteria 2020. Students preparing for the entrance test must go through the eligibility criteria of CUSAT CAT 2020 to ensure that they will be considered for admission in the institute on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. In the CUSAT CAT eligibility criteria, the authorities will specify the conditions that candidates will have to fulfill to be deemed eligible for admission. The eligibility criteria of CUSAT CAT will include age limit, academic qualifications, nationality and other important eligibility conditions set by the authorities. The course wise eligibility criteria for CUSAT CAT 2020 is given below:
B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology
Candidates applying for B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology at CUSAT CAT must have passed their class 12 with minimum 60 aggregate score in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry combined.
Also, candidate must have scored minimum 55% individually in Mathematics.
B.Tech. in Naval Architecture & Ship Building
Students must have scored minimum 60% aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their Class 12 from Kerala board or any other equivalent board or University.
Candidate must have compulsorily studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their qualifying examination.
Along with 60% aggregate score in PCM, candidates must individually score minimum 50 % marks in Mathematics.
B.Tech in Marine Engineering
Candidates must have attained minimum 60% score in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their class 12 passed from Kerala board or any other equivalent board or university.
Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects in their qualifying examination.
Candidates must have scored minimum 50% score in English subject in their class 10 or 12. Students must note that this eligibility criteria has to be fulfilled by SC/ST candidates also.
Along with the above given eligibility condtions, candidates will also be required to produce a physical and eye fitness certificate from Medical Examiners approved by DG Shipping. This certificate has to be produced at the time of admission.
There is no specific age limit for CUSAT CAT B.Tech admissions 2020 and candidates who fulfill the above given eligibility conditions will be considered for admissions.

Yes, of course you can apply for marine bioalogy after all being a botany honours student.You can apply for it but minimum eligibility is you need to get is 55% marks in botany and zoology.The all india institute of medical science,new delhi pffers this course.

Well I am sorry but with this rank you will not be able to get into CUSAT. The cutoffs for your preferred branches don't usually cross 1000 even for the reserved categories so a rank of 2310 doesn't come into consideration.
Maybe you should give it a shot in the next year or go for other alternatives this year.
