दिल्ली क्षेत्र के उम्मीदवार- दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र एनसीटी के भीतर स्थित किसी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल / कॉलेज / संस्थान से योग्यता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को दिल्ली क्षेत्र के लिए ही माना जाएगा। ऐसे उम्मीदवारों के लिए 85% सीटें उपलब्ध हैं।
दिल्ली क्षेत्र के बाहर के उम्मीदवार- दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र एनसीटी के बाहर स्थित किसी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल / कॉलेज / संस्थान से योग्यता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को केवल बाहरी दिल्ली क्षेत्र के लिए माना जाएगा। ऐसे उम्मीदवारों के लिए 15% सीटें उपलब्ध हैं।

जेएसी दिल्ली एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म 2020
जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 की पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया मई के अंतिम सप्ताह में संभावित रूप से शुरू होगी। अभ्यर्थी जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 के लिए ऑनलाइन मोड में पंजीकरण कर सकेंगे। जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 की आवेदन प्रक्रिया में शुल्क का भुगतान, पंजीकरण, च्वाइस लॉकिंग और एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म जमा करने जैसे कदम शामिल होंगे। उम्मीदवार जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म को भरने के लिए दिए गए चरणों का उल्लेख कर सकते हैं।
जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म भरने के लिए कदम
चरण 1: शुल्क का भुगतान- सभी आवेदकों को जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 के लिए 1500 रुपये (अधिक लेनदेन शुल्क) के पंजीकरण-सह-परामर्श शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को अपने जेईई मेन 2020 आवेदन संख्या और भुगतान प्रक्रिया आरंभ करने के लिए जेईई मेन 2020 एडमिट कार्ड के अनुसार नाम दर्ज करना होगा।
चरण 2: पंजीकरण- शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा और “नया पंजीकरण” पर क्लिक करना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित विवरण दर्ज करने की आवश्यकता होगी-

सभी विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को एक पासवर्ड सेट करना होगा और एक सुरक्षा प्रश्न चुनना होगा। यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि उम्मीदवार की जेईई मेन 2020 आवेदन संख्या को उम्मीदवारों के उपयोगकर्ता आईडी के रूप में माना जाएगा। सफल पंजीकरण के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को पंजीकरण फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट लेना होगा। प्रवेश के समय माता-पिता द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित पंजीकरण फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट निकालना होगा।
चरण 3: लॉगिन विकल्प भरें- पंजीकरण के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को जेईई मेन 2020 आवेदन संख्या और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके उम्मीदवार के खाते में प्रवेश करना होगा और संस्थानों और पाठ्यक्रमों के अपने पसंदीदा विकल्पों को भरना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को सीट आवंटन की संभावना बढ़ाने के लिए अधिकतम विकल्प भरने की सलाह दी जाती है।
चरण 4: चॉइस लॉकिंग- अगले चरण में, उम्मीदवारों को अपने प्रवेश विकल्पों को लॉक करना होगा। यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि उम्मीदवारों द्वारा भरे गए विकल्प उस विशेष दौर के पूरा होने के बाद स्वचालित रूप से लॉक हो जाएंगे।
चरण 5: आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करना- अंतिम चरण में, उम्मीदवारों को अपना फॉर्म जमा करना होगा और फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट लेना होगा।
यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि उम्मीदवारों को प्रत्येक दौर की शुरुआत में पंजीकरण करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी लेकिन बाद के दौर में पंजीकरण करने वाले उम्मीदवार पिछले दौर में अन्य उम्मीदवारों को आवंटित सीटों का दावा करने के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे।
परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाले अधिकारी योग्यता परीक्षा में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा सुरक्षित अंकों के आधार पर जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार करेंगे। NSUT, IGDTUW और DTU के लिए कोई अलग मेरिट सूची तैयार नहीं की जाएगी और अनंतिम आवंटन JEE Main 2020 में ऑल इंडिया रैंक के उम्मीदवार के आधार पर किया जाएगा। B.Tech पाठ्यक्रम के लिए, पेपर के स्कोर पर विचार किया जाएगा और B.Arch कोर्स, पेपर II पर विचार किया जाएगा। IIIT दिल्ली के लिए JAC दिल्ली मेरिट लिस्ट 2020 की तैयारी के लिए, पेपर I में अंतिम पर्सेंटाइल स्कोर के साथ-साथ ओलंपियाड, स्पोर्ट्स आदि के लिए बोनस अंकों के साथ विचार किया जाएगा। टाई के मामले में, JEE मेन 2020 में उच्च रैंक वाले उम्मीदवारों को ऊंचा रैंक दिया जाएगा।

जेएसी दिल्ली काउंसलिंग और सीट आवंटन 2020
प्राधिकरण चार ऑनलाइन दौर में जेएसी दिल्ली 2020 की काउंसलिंग आयोजित करेगा। काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया के दौरान, उम्मीदवारों को सीटों, मेरिट सूची और सीटों की उपलब्धता के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को सीट आवंटित किया जाएगा। अधिकारी JAC दिल्ली काउंसलिंग के प्रत्येक दौर के बाद सीट आवंटन का परिणाम जारी करेंगे। यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन प्रक्रिया ऑफ़लाइन मोड में की जाएगी और जिन उम्मीदवारों को सीटें आवंटित की जाएंगी, उन्हें प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के लिए आवंटित संस्थान को रिपोर्ट करना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को अपनी सीट आवंटन की पुष्टि करने के लिए संस्थान में 95,000 रुपये के प्रवेश शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा। यदि उम्मीदवार अपनी आवंटित सीटों से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं तो वे सीट उन्नयन का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं।
काउंसलिंग का स्पॉट राउंड - यह राउंड सीट अपग्रेडेशन प्रक्रिया के बाद खाली होने वाली सीटों और जेएसी दिल्ली काउंसलिंग 2020 के सभी राउंड के लिए आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को 10, 000 रुपये का स्पॉट राउंड काउंसलिंग शुल्क देना होगा। यह शुल्क वापस करने योग्य और समायोज्य है और यदि उम्मीदवार को इस दौर में सीट आवंटित की जाती है, तो उसे प्रवेश शुल्क के रूप में 85,000 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा (स्पॉट राउंड शुल्क 10,000 रुपये समायोजित)।
काउंसलिंग का विशेष दौर- काउंसलिंग का यह दौर स्पॉट राउंड के बाद खाली सीटों के लिए आयोजित किया जाएगा, यदि सीटें खली रह जाती हैं।

If you are giving the re-exam for Mathematics and you pass it,
you will become eligible for IIT admission
, provided you meet all other criteria (such as minimum percentage or top 20 percentile in your board for your category). IITs require you to have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in your 12th board exams.
However, you must submit your passing certificate and marksheet before the IIT admission deadline. If your re-exam results are declared and you pass before the document verification/counselling process ends, you can take admission in IIT. If your results come after the admission process is over, you will not be eligible for this year and may have to try again next year.

Yes, if you passed 10th in 2022 and will pass 12th in 2026 for the first time , then you are eligible for JEE Advanced 2026, as long as you meet all the other conditions.
You need to qualify JEE Main in 2026 and be among the top 2.5 lakh candidates . Also, you should be born on or after October 1, 2000 (for general category), with a 5-year relaxation for SC, ST, and PwD categories.
You can appear for JEE Advanced only twice in two consecutive years , so if you’re attempting 12th in 2026, you can appear in 2026 and 2027.
Also, make sure you have Physics, Chemistry, and Maths in your 12th subjects, as they’re mandatory.

At an SC rank of 4276 in JEE Advanced , getting into older IITs (like Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur) isn’t possible — even for less popular branches, these usually close below SC rank 2000–2500.
But
you still have good chances in newer IITs
and
IIT (ISM) Dhanbad
, especially for core branches like
Civil, Mechanical, Electrical
, and a few interdisciplinary programs.

Dear aspirant,
Don’t worry — your OBC certificate won’t be rejected just because of small name differences like “Kishor Kumar Roy” vs “Kishor Roy” or “Nitu Devi” vs “Neetu Devi.” These are common issues and usually not a problem during JoSAA counselling if handled properly.
What you should do is make a simple notarized affidavit clearly stating that the names refer to the same person — for example, “Kishor Kumar Roy” and “Kishor Roy” are one and the same. Do the same for your mother's name. This affidavit helps clarify the mismatch during document verification.
When you go for JoSAA counselling or admission at the allotted college, carry this affidavit along with your OBC certificate and all your academic documents. In most cases, they will accept it without any issue.
If you want to be extra sure, you can contact the JoSAA helpdesk or the college's admission office in advance and ask them if anything else is needed.
So overall, you don’t need to panic — just be prepared with the affidavit and relevant ID proof to avoid any delays or confusion during verification.

Electronics (VLSI)
at SASTRA. The cutoff is way higher — people who got it last year had
90+ in boards
and
JEE percentile above 85–90
.
But you might get other branches like Mechanical, Civil, or Biotech , especially in the later rounds. Also try TNEA counselling and other private colleges in Tamil Nadu — you’ll have better chances there.
Keep options open, don’t worry too much.
