GATE Subjects List 2026 - IIT Guwahati has released the GATE 2026 subjects list on the official website, gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates who wish to appear for the national-level GATE exam must check the subject list on this page. The authority allows candidates to appear in either one or two GATE test papers. However, candidates who want to attempt the GATE 2026 exam for 2 papers can only choose from the predetermined combinations available. The two-paper combination allows candidates to choose a primary paper and a secondary paper, with some restrictions to allow flexibility and greater opportunity for candidates.
