Along with the paper pattern, candidates must also be aware of the MHT CET 2025 syllabus. The syllabus contains all the topics from which the question paper will be prepared. The Class 12th syllabus will contain more weightage in the MHT CET 2025 exam, hence candidates need to focus on the entire syllabus. Whereas only selected topics will be included in the class 11th syllabus.
MHT CET 2025 Exam pattern highlights
The paper will contain 2 sections: Section one will consist of Physics and chemistry while section 2 will contain questions from mathematics.
The exam will be held for 3 hours and candidates will have to attempt 100 questions for 200 hours
Each section will be active for 90 minutes each. This means that for the first 90 minutes of the exam, section one will be active. exam. Section 1 will automatically be closed. Candidates will be allowed to attempt section two only in the last 90 minutes of the exam.
For each correct answer, candidates will be awarded + 2 marks. There is no negative marking in the MHT CET 2025 exam, hence, candidates should attempt all the questions.

As per the MHT CET syllabus 2024 with weightage PCM and PCB prescribed by the Maharashtra CET Cell, 20 percent weightage is given to the Class 11 topics and the remaining 80 percent to the Class 12 topics of the Maharashtra board.

Hope you are preparing well for the exam ! In the mht cet exam there are physics , chemistry, mathematics and biology . Class 12th and class 11th topics will be asked in the examination and 20% weightage is given to the Class 11th syllabus and 80% weightage to the Class 12th syllabus. This is most important thing to know for a aspirant . Know your syllabus and prepare accordingly for the exam .
